I hired Renee and her crew to do finishing work on a basement remodel after our original contractor became injured and couldn't finish. Installation of doors, baseboard and window trim, some custom unfinished-wood trim, and minor painting. Also involved was a massive glass door on a tile shower that had been turned down by other contractors and a steel door for a storm shelter that proved to be a challenge. They readily worked around delays caused by missing parts on the shower door and a mis-sized door for the storm shelter. Minor dilemmas were discussed and solutions readily agreed upon, great communication. Renee monitored progress constantly and was available at all times for consultation. All of the work was professionally completed in a reasonable time frame and at a fair cost. I will be using this contractor again soon to complete an extension of our front porch and for some other upcoming projects.

The owner and install team were friendly and professional. Their work was masterful. They removed the old carpet and laminate in our apartment and installed new wood flooring. We love the new wood floor and highly recommend them.

They worked very well with scheduling a time for service. Everything was mostly put together excellently with the exception of one drawer that is off, but otherwise the bed and tv stand were put together quickly and excellently. I highly recommend.

They completed work such as installing Asphalt shingles for my roof , repaired several windows and labeled my electrical panel all within the quoted time frame . They were very informative about the state requirements before any work was done . There are no hidden fees and Renee offered affordable pricing . Because of the quality of work QBL Services provided I was able to sell my home within 2 days . Renee went above and beyond to ensure all of my home project needs were met . Iâ m am so please with their services that I intend on contracting them for several other projects with my new home . I will never use another contractor . I am a QBL customer for life . My family and I are very satisfied with the service they provided .

I really cannot recommend this company to anyone because, first of all, Renee does not supervise the work and his guy, Mario, does not do it either, so that is why the work they did with me was horrible, tiles started moving and he does not honor the warranty he offers, they fixed some tiles from the floor while they were still working in the bathroom floor, they fixed because I saw it and I told them to do it, otherwise, they do not even see the issue and, because there was a remaining balance on the job. Now, a few weeks or a month after they finished, the tiles are getting loose from the floor. So, with all these issues, I cannot recommend it to anyone... Sorry!

This was my first time working with Renee and QBL and they were tremendous. I needed an electrician on short notice to take down multiple chandeliers and light fixtures. They're pricing was great, communication was prompt and the electrician was efficient and courteous. Highly recommended.

Good experience, guys were friendly and did a good job repairing chairs and came in a very timely manner. Only one issue..I dont think the repairs needed teo workers and the addition $30 to tighten 4 table legs that took 5 minutes was overpricing

I would not hesitate to hire QBL Services for any home project, they are hands down the best contractor I have had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning you can tell they have a professional, well run operation. They clearly and consistently communicate with you throughout the entire process. We completely remodeled a condo including 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, new flooring and paint throughout amongst other things. The quality of the work was excellent. When problems arose they were quickly and effectively addressed. They also worked with the condo management office to ensure compliance with all the rules and policies. I felt the price I paid was more than reasonable.

Very nice people to do business with, and they got me out of a real jam very fast. Renee M. M. sent to workers over to my small studio, and we made room for the large file cabinet and rearranged some other furnishings, no muss, no fuss! The two worker were very fast, but careful, and were glad to take a little stray lumber out as well. Yes, I have their contact info and I have some other projects in mind, down the road. I feel that the two assigned workers deserve an increase in pay, when they are due for one.
