Troy’s team showed up when they said they would and resolved my pilot light problem in a jiffy. Very friendly and knowledgeable group of guys that are customer oriented and go the distance to ensure safety of your system. Highly recommended.

Troy arrived when he said he would and made short work of checking out the remote controlled gas logs (Peterson Real Fyre). Watching him work, I knew I made the right choice in choosing a Contractor. I could not have had a better experience dealing with Troy Butler and his son Jesse. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. They do other services as well and I'm going to use them to help with a plumbing issue because I feel very confident that I can trust them to do it right the first time and at a fair price. They were prompt, came the same day, called before coming (as promised) and completed the work in short period of time.

Great- the job turned out to be somewhat more complicated than anticipated but they worked hard to get it done on time and on budget. Very much appreciated.

Troy called and set the appointment. 30 minutes before arrival he called to confirm he was on his way. They arrive right on time and began the installation. 2-1/2 hours later my new gas stove top was installed and working. Troy inspected all fittings from the meter to the stove and he actually found leaks around the meter which he quickly repaired at no additional fee. I would strongly recommend Butler Gas Pipe to anyone needing this type of service.

Troy was punctual and professional from giving estimate. He ran the gas line from existing gas line to kitchen for gas stove hook up. He also provided an electrician to make the necessary changes for new kitchen gas stove. He and the crew cleaned up afterward. I would definitely use Butler Gas Pipe again.

Richard gave as a call before he came for an estimate. After agreeing on the price he started right a away and two hours later he was finished, cleaned everything up and explained us how to operate the fireplace. He was very professional and we would use his service again any time.

Mr. Butler cleaned out the gas fireplace. He showed me how to turn it on and answered any questions I had. He also provided a quote for putting in a gas stove if I decided to do that later on while he was at my house.

Bulter is not good at communicating with the customer, but they know their stuff as far as I can tell. When I first called I got voicemail. I asked him to call back, but he never did. When I finally called him back, days later, he remembered my call. I think he was going to wait until he had an opening to come out before he called back. He said he'd be a couple of days before they could get out to us, and that they'd call before they did. They did just as they said, and resolved my problem very quickly. There was dust blocking something, so it wouldn't light.

I had not used the fireplace since I had moved into the house 5 years ago and decided to use it for the first time. When attempting, the pilot light would not stay lit. I called Mr. Butler, we arranged a day for him to come out and he said it just needed to be cleaned really good. It had a lot of dust in it.

We just bought this house and have never had a gas fireplace, so we had no idea what might be wrong with the logs or gas line. Troy was very helpful and honest. I would highly recommend him.

The owner sent his brother out. He looked at my gas log unit and found out it needed to be replaced. He did not charge me anything for coming out and looking at it, but he gave me advice to get a new one. I purchased a gas log and he came out and installed it. Those guys were pretty awesome.

I must admit that it was difficult to contact Mr Butler and get our initial appointment set up. I can only assume that he is quite busy. Once the appointment was set up, Mr Butler was very prompt and diagnosed the problem with our gas logs and fixed them. He indicated that they were installed improperly and had built u a lot of soot over the years. I asked him if they should be replaced. He indicated that they would continue to function but that the gas log technology had improved significantly. I wanted to replace them. He told me who to contact and what to order. I did this. As soon as the logs were in (at Lewter's Hardware), I called Mr Butler. He picked them up at the store, brought them to my house and installed them within a couple of days, I am very pleased with the work and the way that it was completed. I recommend Mr. Butler highly.

I consulted Angie's List to find someone to repair my gas logs. This company received good reviews so I called Mr. Butler about giving me an estimate. I was able to reach Mr. Butler immediately to explain my problem, but had difficulty touching base about a scheduled time to come give an estimate. In his defense, this is a busy time of year with everyone getting ready for cooler weather. Once the appointment was made to come out, Mr. Butler called me when he was on his way so that I could leave work to meet him at my home. He was prompt and was able to determine the reason I was having trouble. He was able to complete the job in one visit and I am very happy with the price. Also thrilled I now have working logs for the winter!

I called Mr. Butler and he returned my call the next day and scheduled a time to come out and service my gas log. We needed everything checked since we had not used it since we purchased our house and we also needed to have the lines blown out. He quoted me the exact price of the call on the phone and that was what he charged! He arrived on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up after himself, and patiently answered all of my questions. I think one good mark for a service professional is that if you ask them if anything else needs to be done or if something needs to be replaced they tell the truth. I wanted to make sure our logs were safe and in working order and he assured me they were and did not need to be replaced (which would have meant more money for him.) Very pleased and will call him again for yearly service.

I called Mr. Butler to come to give an estimate. He and his crew came on time, inspected the fireplace/gas lines and gave an estimate. I accepted his estimate and Mr. Butler said he would come one of 2 days the next week, depending upon weather conditions. And he said I would get a call to confirm the date, which I did. Mr.Butler called on the appointed date to let me know he would be about an hour late due to an emergency call concerning a gas line leak. He and a worker arrived at my house as expected, began and completed the job in about 2 hours. They were professional, respectful and tidy. I am satisfied with the job done. I appreciated being called when Mr. Butler knew he was going to be late. I appreciated that Mr. Butler wanted the installation to be functional and to look good, he listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly.

Was recommended by McCormack heating as their contractor to do gas plumbing. Did a great job. coordinated with the delivery of new stove. Prompt, courteous and professional.
