Description of Work: Eric Adams is great. this is the second time I have had him do things around my house. This time he putt some rebar in near my backyard corner to stop my pups from digging out. Filled in two wholes and put down patio tile at the two backyard corners. Fixed the door to the outside. Fixed a cabinet. Put up a shelf. Changed an overhead filter out of my reach. Fixed a toilet. I think that is it. But he works fast and the results are great. I am waiting for estimates on two more projects.

Description of Work: Adams Home Repair owner completed a list of home repair projects from Sheetrock repair, garage shelf installation, cabinet trim repair and other odd home repairs. He was very competent and professional and I am very pleased with the completed work.

Description of Work: Eric is nice to talk to. I had 22 pairs of shutters to be installed. I was not informed until late in the afternoon of the day acquired through Angie's List that the work would have to take another day - at double the cost. I understand the job was big. I would have appreciated earlier communication to be better prepared for the expense and time (after all, it took months to get this scheduled). I just cannot believe that it was a surprise to Eric that the work was going to take more than a day. Amazingly the second day (at twice the cost and with a helper) was more than 3 times as productive. There was an issue with materials not provided by the shutter manufacturer the first day that slowed things down a bit - an hour or two. The helper - Jonathan was FANTASTIC!

Description of Work: I purchased the handyman for a day special for $199 on 1/19/15. I listed 3 dates available weeks out in advance. He emailed me after missing all the dates & said he would have to rechedule. I equested he call my wife numorus time to go over scheduling. Finally, after threating refund he responded. Eventually, ater phone tag. He was scheduled to come out last Wednesday. My wife left message on Monday stating that she forgot it was spring break was there anyway to rechedule for next week or if no openings she would keep appointment. He never responded & still hasn't made effort to follow up and of course he never showed up

Description of Work: Installed a new door. It went well. I could tell the man knew a lot about construction.

Description of Work: Fixed gate, installed shop lights, and replaced bad drywall. He left early on the day of the appointment since snow had been falling and we were both unsure of the road conditions. He agreed to come back the next day to finish. He said he had to do a few errands before he could come back so I waited around the house all day until he showed up at 3pm. He did good work, was friendly and helpful but I was upset that I wasted my whole day at home when I could have been running errands I needed to get done.

Description of Work: The price was a special through Angie's list. They fixed an outside faucet, also showed me where and how to turn the water off if it were ever necessary.

Description of Work: Eric Adams was very responsive to everything I asked him to do. He kept very good track of his time, and periodically let me updated me on how much time I had left. (I paid ahead, by the hour) He was very kind, and respectful of my home and family. I am compiling another list of things I need for him to do.

Description of Work: Removed old mailbox post and installed new post and box. Had purchased two hours for $59.00 Angie special but did not use the whole two hours as I wasn't prepared with materials.
