+ -1 moreThe apartment was abysmal. The landlord never repaired the leak in ceiling as promised and charged extra for having to return to apartment to repair kitchen cabinet that came out of wall that he put in upside down the first time. Cabinet was not properly bolted in wall. He also displayed a weapon in the presence of my wife and was in general very disrespectful and provided poor service and accommodations. We vacated the premises as soon as our lease was up and he had the gall to only return half of our deposit.
Description of Work: W.T. Buddy Meeks a realtor with Pope Realty rented an apartment to my family. The location of the apartment is 575 Safford Avenue West in Thomasville, AL.

Description of Work: Kevin Smoker served as our relocation real estate agent when we were relocating from Omaha, NE to west Alabama and we were exploring housing in Thomasville, AL.
