Very well. Kevin was very professional and overly responsive. He did an excellent job educating my wife and I about the Thomasville area including schools and local resources.

The apartment was abysmal. The landlord never repaired the leak in ceiling as promised and charged extra for having to return to apartment to repair kitchen cabinet that came out of wall that he put in upside down the first time. Cabinet was not properly bolted in wall. He also displayed a weapon in the presence of my wife and was in general very disrespectful and provided poor service and accommodations. We vacated the premises as soon as our lease was up and he had the gall to only return half of our deposit.
