Description of Work: They fixed my free standing ice maker. I had had lots of problems with it and was unable to get it fixed. He was able to fix it!

Description of Work: Service performed on Thermador ovens. B & H is one of the only appliance repair businesses certified to repair Thermador brand in the area. They took a couple of weekes to come out initially. The entire process took a couple of months....ordering parts, etc. We also hd to work around the technician's school schedule. They did seem to be able to eventually make needed repairs. The ONLY reason that I might use them again is because there is no one else in the area that is actually certified to repair Thermador brand. Sad, but true. They "have you over a barrel" so to speak with that.

Description of Work: B & H came out to repair a free standing ice maker. The first visit the problem was determined and a part was needed. I was told it would take a week to get the part. Three days later they called to say the part had arrived and would be glad to put it in. The part was replaced and the ice maker cleaned. About 2 hours later they called back to be sure ice was being made. I've never had a service person call back to be sure everything was working.

Description of Work: We called on Friday morning and the man came our on Monday morning and had our clothes dryer fixed in no time. And yes, we will use his services again if we ever have a need again. Great service and availability.

Description of Work: To stop a water leak, they replaced the plastic filter housing at bottom of the side-by-side refrigerator, along with the filter itself. They came by one day to diagnose problem, but said the necessary parts would have to be ordered, then showed up the next day having found the parts somewhere in town. They were competent and polite, though I felt them to be a tad expensive. You asked whether I would use them in the future, and gave me only a yes or no choice. I picked yes, though truthfully I'm not completely certain. I would probably decide after describing the new problem to them as well as to one or two other appliance repair shops and then make a choice based on what each told me.
