My scheduled appointment with Cameron Goodrich from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I have noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the companys ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, wont be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). Team John, Johnnie, Lewis, David, Colby did a great job. They were professional and thorough.

Came in cleaned out insulation and releveled our house. They added another beam and steel piers. You can really tell the difference already! Johnny and Johnnie explained the process and were very courteous and professional.

I had an original screened in patio on my 50 yo home that was cracking and settling and becoming dangerous. I needed it repaired/leveled and long term stabilized. Every aspect of dealing with AFS was professional from initial contact to inspection, completion of job and follow up. The team I worked with were David, Hank and Robert who did the pilings to stabilize. Julian and Erik did the actual leveling and finishing. I am confident the patio pad will outlast me. I am so glad I found them as the others I spoke to gave me some off the wall options for repairing then concrete that never addressed the subsidence issue at all. Great job guys and highly recommend!

They are very thorough and are a prime example of professionalism. They weren't all day about getting to me, doing the initial site survey, scheduling and getting the work done. Hunter explained how the company works, was extensive in his survey of the property, and explained in great detail what needed done, showing me an abundance of photos that he took while under the house, as he explained what needed to be done. Also, he explained it in terms that I, not being an engineer or general contractor could understand. There are other things that still need to be done, i.e. drainage update, encapsulation, and mold mitigation. When we're in a position to take care of those projects, we will bring AFS back to do those. And I highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs.

Ethan, Chance, and Dylan were very courteous, prompt, and helped my peace of mind. Would recommend this company and crew.
