The first little bit started off smooth when tearing down walls, then after a clean canvas was prepared thats when the migraine started! We were told the project would take 3 months, it still has yet to be finished (almost 6 months later). Always had some excuse for why materials were in late (always on everything!) I understand a week or so late no problem, but a month to two months is a huge disappointment. The owner,Chris, quit in the middle of the job (not the greatest boss either-work ethic & attitude would be given an F). We ended having to shell out more money so everyone else didn't quit, on top of the fact we also now have to look for someone else to finish the house because this company will not answer our phone calls or gives us the excuse "I'll call you back to schedule a day". Professionalism would be given a huge F!! We had a set date we absolutely had to move in because the current lease was up, the superintendent,Big Bobby, got mad, even though he was provided this information before they agreed on this project, and nearly quit that day. 'Big Bobby' would go against my decision of what I wanted in the house, he would let me pick what I wanted then do the opposite on several occasions! My SO and I got into a few arguments until we figured out that he was just going against what we wanted. After the migraine of getting them to finish predominately the basics and on the day we moved in, we were told that the stair materials at this point, the order "couldn't be found" this is 2 weeks after the scheduled date of when the stairs were claimed to be done already. Then after making another attempt 3 more weeks later the excuse was they were the "wrong materials, they're being sent back to the company & rushed delivered back" to us. We were told the materials would be in the next day at the latest two days. So we called them to see if the materials were in & no answer, no matter how many calls they never answer. We have yet to get the few last things completed on this house with no word from this company, on the where the materials are we ordered, nothing. The paint job throughout the house, disappointment, terrible job. The electrician, Sam, was amazing, we both agreed he was the one that far exceeded, went above and beyond to help with anything he could. While there are many other issues that went wrong there are far too many to even list on this review. My advice is DO NOT use this company, ever. After paying them what they laid out they would always threaten to quit if they didn't get more. After they gave us the run around and quit answering our calls we saw them at Lowes not too long after in a brand new truck. Very immoral people, especially Big Bobby and the owner Chris. We were initially referred to them by our real estate agent, needless to say we will never use them and advise anyone again using this company.
Description of Work: The house was completely gutted, walls were torn out, complete new back wall replaced from termite damage, new deck, plumbing, with the exception of a few minor things basically everything because they insisted it had to go.

We contacted this roofer again in July of this year to repair a leak they repaired a year ago. The leak has gotten larger, the moldy wood and ceiling needed repair. I contacted him Saturday July 19th, was told he would make it sunday, if not then monday or tuesday. Never heard from them, called tuesday, no answer and left voicemail. They never answer their "office" phone. After run around with them between my husband and myself they told us they would be at our home wednesday 9 am, no show. Called them they told my husband they were on the way then the office told me they rescheduled the appointment with my husband for the afternoon, which was not true. Then I received a call from Chris the owner after the office lady was not very nice, he stated he had a heat stroke and will DEFINITELY make it the next day.... FRIDAY 9am by this point. No show again, called around 11 am and no answer, left message on machine to cancel this appointment. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CALLED "UNRELIABLE PAINTING AND CONSTRUCTION". Terrible. We waited for a week and the damage got worse due to rain. Will not use them or recommend them again.
Description of Work: The provider added tar to a roof leak a year ago for $150-200
