 + -1 moreOut of all my moves this was the worst. The goods arrived in various states from being broken, staied torn, ect not to mention the items that are missing. The owner Robbin Flynn was unresponsive to everthing including trying to get an insurance adjuster to see the broken and damaged goods. We have initiated a small claims against them which has not yet occurred. We tried to resolve this but that was difficult as they would not return our calls or emails.
Description of Work: this co was hired by me Sandy Pringle to move an entire householf of furrniture and belongings into storage and ultimately to be moved to the next destination in May 2007, the furniture was kept in supposedly aircontrolled storage until it was moved out of state to fla on April 14, 2010. AAA acted as an agent even though do not have a liscence to do so,

 + -1 moreTerrible. The truck provided was dirty. The wraps were in poor condition and dirty. The crew was inexperienced. The furniture was damaged at an assessed amount of 2100$ and only 500$ was paid on the claim. It was an awful experience and we have moved many times in the past. I would never ever recommend this company and Bekins (their so called affiliate) was not helpful in resolving our problem.
