Description of Work: After moving from a cockroach infested dwelling, I had unwanted hitch hikers. My personal efforts and experience at the previous dwelling left me without much hope and totally yucked out. After reading reviews here at Angie's List, I bit the bullet and called Payne. The estimate I was given over the phone sounded low and I expected it to rise once the exterminator arrived. When the charge didn't change, I will be honest, I really didn't think that the work would be effective. Man was I happy to be wrong! Kyle Payne came to my home and explained the habits of the little buggers and things I can do to deter them from finding my home a party place. He described what chemicals he was putting down and how they work and that I needed to just leave it and let it dry. During our conversation, I mentioned that I had experienced fire ants for the first time and I had a bad reaction. Before Kyle left, he also treated the ant hills in my yard, no extra charge. He was very considerate of my cats, fish and lizard both physically and with interaction of the chemicals. I am so happy to say that one treatment did the trick! The man knows his stuff!!! All for under $50. I am amazed, and very pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Description of Work: Got rid of my roach infestation and checked back several times to make sure they were really gone. Loved their service so much I now use them every three months to keep all the critters gone!

+ -1 moreI called PSI on the recommendation of a friend. Mr. Payne returned my call quickly and was able to come out the same week. I had started seeing German cockroaches and didn't want them to get out of hand. He was very professional and very thorough. He also sprayed around the outside of the house and spots in the yard (for ants). After two treatments, I have not seen one live bug. He didn't require a contract and offered to check back in with me from time to time to see if I need maintenance treatments. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.
