Description of Work: Built a new home construction. |Work was not completed on time and not done properly. Basement leaks and no one will come and fix or repair any of the problems! Will not return phone calls and generally does not care about the homeowner

 + 0 moreCooper Construction did our roof work quickly and well. We had hail damage, and so this was an insurance claim. They were very quick and professional. They got the work done when they said they would (miracle--if you are familiar at all with construction guys), and when they discovered we had more damage than we had originally thought (after the tear-off was done) they immediately called us and consulted with us, when they could have easily just "ignored the problem". We talked with about 5 other companies before choosing Cooper--they were NOT the cheapest, but they were the best. We would definitely use them again for any construction needs.
Description of Work: They did a complete roof tear-off, and fixed holes, then reshingled the house and the workshop building.

Description of Work: built my home. Joey Cooper is a two man operation who hires contractors to do his work. He feels no responsibility for his contractors. He ruined our private road, the neighbors driveway, used water and electricity without permission, broke lamp posts and refused to repair any problems. DON'T HIRE JOEY COOPER
