Richard was very very knowledgeable, professional and I also felt him to be trustworthy. He reviewed several options we me to replace my heat pump. Once I made decision workers showed up on time were friendly and well trained. Did a GREAT job of replacing unit.

Very promp in service! Same day service when I called!!! The man was friendly over the telephone and reassuring. The price was more than reasonable and the technician arrived when he said he would. (I wasn't left sitting around wondering when or if he was coming.) The technician was very knowledgable and professional as well as friendly and pleasant. It did not take him long to diagnose my air conditioning problem and he was able to replace the part efficiently and quickly. I will use this company again if I ever need a heating and cooling company. I was very surprised at the price as well. I was expecting a $500.00 price but it was $269!!!!.

Ended up replacing complete system. Air and heat. They were both 24 yrs old. Richard offered a couple of band aids that would have been temporary fixes. Decided to go with new system. Its great am very happy fair price great job.

Richard came out to my house today. I was afraid I'd have to get a new HVAC unit because I have had problems before and it's 14 years old. He did not try to sell my anything. He fixed my issue which was a simple capacitor replacement... and he did it all in 30 minutes, along with explaining the issue and quoting prices for the future. I highly recommend him and Alabama Cooling and Heating.
