Master bathroom renovation began on December 2, 2016. Mr. Thomas told us this was a 3-4 week job. When contractor was released on June 20, 2017, less than half of the promised services were completed. Over the 6 1/2 months of renovation, communication was sporadic. We were told that different providers hired for the job would not work in our home for different reasons. Mr. Thomas would not show up to work on our bathroom for weeks at a time. When we would finally get a text or call returned, we were given excuses for why he hadn't shown up. He also admitted to taking other jobs while we were left waiting. Items were taken from our home. These things ranged from contractor trash can to different tools to electronic devices. Although one item has been returned, the others, some missing for 5 months or more, haven't been returned. The few items that were finally returned were damaged. Mr. Thomas was paid more than half of his fee but did not produce results. He and his crew wasted materials. We purchased almost 20% more tile than he said he needed for the job. However, he has told us that there is no tile left to complete the bathroom floor and shower because one of the crew members was wasteful when cutting. Tile was glued down or even grouted only to be pulled up later. Very little of the clean up was performed by the contractor's crew. I had to carry the old vanity, shower doors, and other items out of my driveway to the curb to be picked up by the city. Many times floors were not covered with cloth, so the crew members who were in and out of the house left debris all over the floors and stains on the carpet. After a long ordeal without any one part of the job totally finished, Mr. Thomas has said he is in the hole for $2500 himself for an incomplete job quoted to cost $7500. We have not seen any receipts. I attempted to get him off this job sooner, but he had been keeping all of our materials that we had purchased in another place and would not return them. We eventually told him we no longer wanted him working on our remodel. Meanwhile, after almost seven months, we are left without a functioning master bathroom. We have found another builder to complete the work on our bathroom. He is having to take up floor and shower tile to make sure the job is done correctly. We just hope that the things Mr. Thomas and his crew did, such as plumbing, were done correctly so that we will not have issues later on. Hiring Scott Thomas to do this job has been a total waste of time and money.

Horrible. Many promises....no responses...had to pay someone else to finish and seal where it leaked. NEVER returned calls. I hope he hasn't messed any others up.

Hired from seeing a job done at a bank. He came for the estimate. Did the work-had to return to redo some points that showed leakage. Said that worker who it it the first time he found out was on drugs. Several finishing items were left undone with many callls where we spoke with him.....it was always I'll be there. It has now been near a year with those items not complete with somemore leaks. The mistake we made was to pay him completely before work was confirmed. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Everthing went great start to finish until they were paid in full. Now, roof leaks and trim on garage door has warped and I cannot get them to respond other than to say they will take care of it (3 months now) but no action. They do quality wook but you should not pay in full until it rains (roof) or gets hot (garage door trim). Now I also have ceiling damage in the bathroom from the leak.
