Description of Work: Chad was very professional, his employees were efficient, fast and did a great job. they performed the clean up after the job was done. Chad worked with our insurance company, also, since the roof had to be replaced due to a hale storm.

 + -1 moreworked with all contractors and matched our home so well neighbors thought we had expanded on to our house. Artist installed stain-glass window and said builder had framed in window perfectly for her installation. Designed 6 ft doors just like we visioned. Everyone left their work site clean before leaving each day. They will be doing our kitchen next.
Description of Work: Built a lakeside woodworkers,two-story shop.

 + 0 moreThe crew arrived on the promised date, very professional and quick. The skylights gave them a little trouble, but the the guys read the instructions (!!) and I have had no problem with any of them. The guys actually finished earlier than anticipated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and my dogs liked them all,a big plus in my book. A couple of vent stacks/ witches hats' needed a little tweaking after the first rains due to a manufacturing defect, all of which were taken care of as soon as I reported them.
Description of Work: Chad Reams too the guess work out of the process of dealing with a storm damaged roof, he met with the insurance adjustor, the claim was approved, and the work got done as soon as the materials were available. Instead of replacing the old roof with a new shingle roof I applied the cost of removal etc towards a metal roof instead. I decided to replace 3 skylights as well. I have fireplace and over a half a dozen vent stacks on my roof as well, and the roof has a pretty good pitch to it.
