+ -1 moreI looked forward to potentially using this roofer, given the excellent reviews on this site. I contacted him by phone, leaving a message, and he promptly returned my call. We arranged for him to view the house to be roofed and give me an estimate. He did not show up on the arranged date. I called again, leaving a message indicating that I hoped he would be able to give me an estimate as soon as was convenient for him. He never returned this call...no response at all. I moved on and hired another roofer.

+ -1 more. The overall experience was great.. All the workers were super nice, they used roofing hatchets and roofing tacks. The contractor called me almost right after I called him. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen to do anybody's roof.

+ -1 moreThe contractor was quick with supplying estimate. He was very punctual. He used roofing hammer and tacks. and quot;No nail gunand quot;. Clean-up was excellent. Workers were professional in every way. There were no surprises. Everything went smooth. The work was completed in 5 working days. I would highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Removed 1 layer of roof and disposed of old roofing materials. Installed new felt, ridge vents, plumbing vent flashing, replaced any damaged decking and installed 54 squares new lifetime GAF shingles.

Description of Work: Received reference from neighbor who had roof replaced earlier due to leaking. After hail storm contacted the company and received a quote and also a referral of another contractor to remove a chimney. Received start date to begin roofing project and they never showed and did not return several phone calls/messages that we left. When he gave us quote we felt very comfortable with him but after not returning calls nor notifying us that they were not on schedule or whatever the cause for not showing that was a red flag because what would this company do if we had a problem with the service. Very disappointing. The other contractor that they recommended came out gave us 2 quotes on 2 projects that were to happen simultaneously with roofing job and they never showed or returned several calls either.
