My experience with them was okay. The only thing that I was disappointed with them was that they didn’t order standard size sheet-rocks. They actually over ordered. So I got stuck with four pieces of sheet-rock. I had spent 60 or 70 bucks on them. They didn’t come to pick it. Their quality and craftsmanship had no issue. They worked on time and knocked out the room in one day. I was very happy about that.

They did great work. My advice to anybody that has a mobile home is to get somebody that knows mobile homes. We got totally messed up getting a very reputable contractor to do about $12000.00 worth of work that had to be all redone. It hurts your bank account a lot. This time it was done correctly by LA Mobile Homes. They worked steady. They got here before 8 in the morning and it was after 5 when they would leave. They were here for almost two weeks. They had to come back in and prime it and paint it and put trim and everything back up. They did a good job. Our overall experience was great. They were very accommodating. They were more than fair on the price because a redo is much more difficult than undoing somebody else's work and doing it from scratch. They are just good old country boys that have been in the business. They are not going to be coming in suits. Their dad's been in the business for 38 years. They know a lot about mobile homes. From top to bottom totally dismantling and putting it back together, they knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: LA Mobile Homes LLC did some major repair work in our mobile home. They totally gutted a small bathroom and took out all the walls. There were mold issues behind the sheetrock. They put in a new sink and a new floor. They took out the bathtub. They were able to salvage that. They put all new walls all the way around. They painted the ceiling twice after they had cleaned it really well. They cut out the sheetrock coming down the hall and in the backside of a walk-in closet that led up to the bathroom. They came all the way down to the center of the house, took all the beams down, and cleaned all of that. They cut in the sheetrock over the door frame going into our master bedroom and replaced the sheetrock on that wall and the inside back wall of our bedroom. They cut half of the flooring out in our kitchen and replaced that. They went back under the house and totally removed the vapor barrier and reinstalled brand new insulation and put brand new belly wrap under there. They rerouted the drain to our air-conditioning and redirected the venting to our dryer.
