+ -1 moreDid a patch in a pipe. Didn't flush line- had grit in my lines afterwards- sink fixtures made grinding noise at first.
Description of Work: Too busy to do the job. I felt like he was inconvenienced by having to talk to me. Maybe it was just a bad week. I just don't like dealing with people who seem bothered to do the job.

+ -1 moreOur 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on piers had 20 year old grey poly tube/pipe that was starting to fail. Shane came out and gave us an estimate and answered all our questions. After we got the financing arranged at our end, the job was scheduled for our convenience. Luke and Vance arrived on time and ready to work. It was a 2 day job. They were careful to cause minimum disruption to us, and cleaned up completely before they left. We do have a few sheetrock patches to float and paint. Given the situation, the entire project was much less stressful than I was expecting. Everyone was kind and respectful of our needs. The work is guaranteed for 10 years.
Description of Work: Re-pipe entire house.
