Hale's estimate was several thousand dollars below everyone else but, after reading the reviews here on Angi it was a go. They did an excellent job; I had no problem with their work. They removed all my storm broken trees, several hit by lightning, and one which was laying on top of my shed. Next, they were approved by USAA to remove my neighbor's large oak tree from the roof of my house in a second invoice. This work was also completed, including removing and returning my wooden fence to get in the back yard to my satisfaction.

They fail to follow up on damage repairs that they caused. My garage was hit while trimming a branch. Andrew said he paid a man to come fix it. Never showed. I threatened to get a lawyer involved and he sent a second guy who came and looked and never came back. Now I have no choice but spend my money on a lawyer. Iâ ll never do business with them again!

Andrew Hale and all of his workers are AWESOME and very professional. When I say this was a wonderful experience. They came with all the equipment they needed and got the job done to the end. They removed my gigantic magnolia tree, grinded the stump in minutes, removed all debris and hauled off everything. Did not leave anything undone. Cleaned up everything as if they were not there. Andy owns a very professional African American business with 100% professional and respectful staff! He provided a quick and fair estimate whereas others were charging robbery prices! He had all of the personnel, tools, and equipment to handle a relatively large job in one day! They cut down close to 50 trees, grinded the stumps, removed and cleared all of the debris, and smoothed out the area. I HIGHLY recommend ANDREW HALE'S PROFESSIONAL LAWN & TREES SERVICES.

I got three estimates. Haleâ  s was professional, did the job of removing heavy limbs off my house and cut a piece of tree from against my house. They were polite, hard workers and left the site clean. I would highly recommend them.

I got three estimates for my tree removal. Hale's Tree Service gave the best estimate and WERE ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!!!! I had 11 big pine trees removed. Some were next to buildings and all had a chain link fence running alongside them. Nothing was damaged at all! Hale's had all the equipment and manpower needed to accomplish the job. I must say as well, the equipment was nice and and the employees were hard working and friendly. Once all the trees were removed, my yard was cleaned up beyond what I could have ever expected. I WAS TOTALLY AMAZED AT THEIR WORK AND TOTALLY SATISFIED!!! Y'all will be getting another call from me next year as well!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

They called , came, and quoted. They were able to schedule the work within a few days. Communicated well and showed up on time. Whole crew came to WORK! Bucket trucks, saws, dump trucks, and several people. Took down large pines and oaks. They cleaned up nicely too.

Service delivery was quick within 2 days of the deal for the removal of 4 30 ft tall pine trees. They showed up with a full crew, and many trucks and heavy equipment to do the job professionally. All were highly skilled... no amateurs. They did a great job. I will use them for other jobs in the future.

The most efficient guys we have had

I found the men who came to take down a couple of trees in my back yard to be both friendly and professional. They took the trees down with skill and efficiency, and when they were done, my back yard looked neat as a pin. In short, they did an excellent job for a reasonable price, and I would definitely recommend them.

I really wished I could had the same experience the others 5 stars customers had experience, unfortunately I didn't. We hire them to cut down two trees and cut back some bushes from our back yard. It was wet from rain the day they came out to do the job. They manage to cut down one tree and the larger tree was cut but still left about 1/4 of the stump. They couldn't complete their job, due to their very large truck got stuck in our back yard. They stayed over until late hours trying to remove their truck from our back. They had to return the next day with Pitt towing to have their company vehicle to be remove from our yard.. They ruin our yard and left a huge mess. Down trees still left my yard destroyed. And one of crew was bitter from us been upset. How are we as homeowners suppose to feel. We been reaching out to Mr. Andrew and he finally called back and he still hadn't shown us good faith to make his wrong right. Mr. Andrew came with high ratings this was the reason we chose his company for the job. I will not recommend them base on the service and experience. I wish I could post pictures to explain our nightmare.
