Andrew and his crew did an amazing g job today on my property! They were very professional, efficient, and did quality work. They did not leave until the cleanup was finished. Highly recommend them!

Rickie called me we set up an appointment, he came out quoted me the price then the crew came out and removed the tree quickly. The crew was very polite and friendly, went right to work and got the job done. I am very satisfied with this company and intend to use them for all my tree removals as needed. I would highly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

The tree service and clean up were excellent, BUT... My iron fence and gate were removed for access. When placed back, it was not put back in place and my gate was broken. Now I have a crooked fence with a broken gate that won't close at all. Both my husband and myself immediately reached out to Andrew who said he would take care of it. He never showed up on either of the times he assured us he would. Now he totally avoids all phones, texts and voicemails. This happened 09/09/2022. He wasted no time at all cashing my check, but now does me this way. I really hate it because I had more work that I was going to hire them to do. All I want is for my fence and gate to be fixed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for a company that is supposed to be licensed and insured!!!

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and began work promptly. They took great care to ensure the trees were taken down safely and without damaging anything. All of the tree pieces were loaded into a trailer and everything was cleaned up before leaving. The crew members were very friendly and easy to deal with.

They were on time and finished the job the same day. They removed all the debris from the tree. This company came out and inspected the tree and came back and did a good job removing it. We would highly recommend them. They also gave us a good price.

Hales Professional tree service did a phenomenal job for our family. They protected our yard from ruts and ground up the stumps and raked and leveled the ground and did a perfect job for us at a fair price.

Andrew and his team were expedient and professional . They were the only company out of about six others that I've contacted since last November who kept their word, contacted me, gave me a day and time they would be here to do the work and actually showed up and got the job done in about half the time those others were saying it would take them. My tree was in a difficult location and very close and leaning toward roof of house. These guys weren't phased. They had a plan and the executed it well. I would highly recommend them.
