JASON SEALES TREE & STUMP SERVICE

We finally met 2 weeks ago at which time we received a quote which I thought was about 15% too high but we had been happy with prior work and felt we could trust him to do a good job. We have now been waiting for the work to be done for over two weeks with one firm appointment which never took place because he failed to show up. When I called that evening to inquire why he never arrived I was dismissed by his office person with an "I don't know why he has not called.' I never received a call back or even an apology. Very unhappy and will be hiring someone who else since I have now been waiting for over 4 weeks.

i could not have been happier with the service. Jason Seales looked at the problem (I had begun removal of a large 60 foot pine tree next to my garage. Although roped off and cut with my chain saw, the tree did not drop and looked as if it might fall in the wrong direction and hit the garage. Jason provideed a firm estimate and returned the following morning to dispatch the tree....very successfully and professionally. tWhile he was there I was so pleased I asked him to remove two additional trees requiring tremendous expertise in dropping them correctly...he completed both and I was very pleased with the total cost and the professionalism of Mr. Seales and his two helpers. I would use him again without thinking twice!

He needed heavy equipment to handle the tree in front yard. We have a lot of landscaping in front and a 45 degree incline down from where the tree was growing. It was also large enough that it would block the road when it came down. They tied off and trimmed large branches and removed them so they would not fall and damage shrubs growing around the tree. They took tree down in sections even tying off the truck to control where it fell to do the least damage. Using a truck lift they quickly cleared the tree from the road in under 5 minutes then proceeded to lift section into the truck using the lift. Then they climbed the tree and trimmed branches from the Red Oak in back yard by hand because that tree was also on a steep hillside and they could not get their equipment into place.

He did a good job and I guess the price was appropriate; it seemed reasonable to me.

They cleaned up everthing and hauled off the main trunks. It was a great experience I will use him again.

they came and did exactly what I asked, cleaned up and did it promptly for the price that was quoted. They have serious tree management equipment. This bunch can do it all. I would use them again

Jason did a great job. I would not hesitate to hire his company again.

When I called to give them the order, I was told the work would be done early next week. When they didn't come, I called their message service and was told they would call me back. I waited another week and called again and was told that Jason himself would be back in touch. When Jason called, the gist of what he said was my work was not important to him and he would get to it when he could -- probably never.

The estimate was very competative. A crew of seven skilled men arrived on time with trucks, tools, and propper equipment. They worked as a practiced and well trained team of professional craftsmen. Much of this work was extremely dangerous. It took three days (8:00 am until dark) to complete, and each of the workers remained focused and busy. When the logs and limbs were hauled away the work site was raked and nothing remained unfinished. It is a pleasure to do business with people of integrity.

I was pleased and would recommend them again.

The company showed up on time and their equipment was in very nice condition. They removed the tree's without damaging anything around them. They hauled all of the brush away and didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. I felt their price was all right for what they had to do.
