Description of Work: I will never use this company again. It is virtually impossible to get anyone to return your call if you have a problem or concern with the service. I finally got a response after sending an email to the president of the company. The follow through was so bad that I ended up firing true Green and going with a different company..

Description of Work: While the overall effect on my lawn was reasonable, my ability to predict and attempt to control their activities were more than frustrating. Sometimes they performed services I had not requested nor approved, like aeration and lime application, both somewhat expensive services. Beware, if you are late with a payment, they have a collection system the mob would be envious of. They also have a phone sales force equally as aggressive. In sum, two things - they irritated me seriously, and they priced themselves out of my market.

+ -1 moreI paid them money to destroy my grass. I called the Better Business Bureau on them. The technicians were nice but they didn't seem to have the knowledge of how to treat weeds and different grasses. One person would come out and say I have St. Augustine grass and then another person would come and say I had centipede. They ended up killing my grass and the manager promised to come and re-sod it. He never came and did it. I will never do business with them again. I use to get complimented on my grass all the time before them. My grass has never been the same since them. I am just now starting to get my grass back. They were prompt and if I said I had weeds they would come out and spray.
Description of Work: I used TruGreen Lawn Care to treat my grass.
