We have employees on call and contractors to work with us. Business will be handled directly through myself and I will be ''hands on'' at any job site.Billing procedures will always be kept discrete and simple as well as documents of any contractors / subcontractors . Our prices have never been and issue ''we stay in business and keep our clients''. C&I has all material , equipment , personnel needed and are insured for any job we take.C&I does offer discounts and promotions specific to accommodate each client . Very seldom do we take private residence business of any kind but please do not hesitate to call . Also for more specific jobs we have wax and strip , carpet cleaning , windows, deep cleans for tough odd jobs such as mechanic shops or abandoned buildings , window blinds , call anytime for emergency services or ''must be done now'' jobs
