Description of Work: Only charged me the service call. Had a loose wire on the large heat pump unit under the house. Stated if the problem recurred within the following 2 weeks, would not charge me the service call again. It's now been over 2 weeks, and the unit is working like a charm. Would definitely use this guy again.

Description of Work: Our home cooling unit seemed weak. I called for an appointment and described the problem. Mr. Ledlow (Bruce) talked me thru a few tests via the phone to determine if it was something I could do myself and avoid the service call. Turns out it was not so he and an assistant came out later at an agreed time. Determination was made that the unit vent hoses are not positioned in the best manner. I didn't want to change them at this time but we did discuss it and I was given an estimate for the change. | |We also have a rental unit that was not cooling properly. Bruce went to the place on time and serviced the unit with 'freon' (industry just calls it that since most relate to that name). On time, straightforward and very reasonable rates. Definitely use Ledlow's in the future!

Description of Work: Replaced the compressor and fixed a leak in one of the lines.

Description of Work: They cleaned two of my A/C units and replace Freon in both. Made a big improvement.

Description of Work: We needed to install a new air conditioner and invited the Ledlow Company to submit a bid. He was punctual, polite and gave us an estimate. I have no doubt in my mind that if we had chosen his product, the work would have been satisfactory. We did not choose him because Mr. Ledlow was simply outbid.
