+ -1 moreShane Kite of Complete Home Inspectors completed a home inspection in Auburn, AL for me. He was very nice and very thorough. I thought he did a very good job informing me about tthe major versus minor issues in the house. He immediately let me know there was an issue with the remaining life of the roof, which ultimately resulted in a homeowners insurance claim and a brand new roof prior to my purchase. He also literally batted my hand away from the electrical circuit box when I got too close to the part that would electrocute me, which honestly I didn't even know that was a potential hazard. So I am forever thankful to him for keeping me safe. All and all a good experience.
