Description of Work: Air conditioner went on the fritz and called several area services and Mr Long was the most attentive and concerned as we were in the middle of a nasty heat wave. He promptly showed up at the agreed time and diagnosed problem and stated two options 1st being a new coil or have the whole unit replaced..being it was over 10 years old we elected to have whole unit replaced. Next morning he was there and worked thru the day til complete and cool. nice people as its all a family operation and I am very happy and satisfied.

+ -1 moreI called at 09:50 am and put in service call. At 10:15 am I received a call from Technician and he said he would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived at 10:30am. He did some troubleshooting and determined a wire was burned on the Compressor which he replaced and It works fine now.
Description of Work: A/C not cooling. A wire had to be replaced on Compressor.
