+ -1 moreThis was required as part of our house closing and they didn't recognize we were a customer. Then we moved to another company and Guardian tried to tell us we could not change companies.

+ -1 moreStill waiting going back and forth with attorney's, Guardian keeps changing their story and continues to run up our lawyer bills. Its been about a year now.
Description of Work: House was not inspected or treated properly. Formosan Termites are still eating our house, it is disintegrating before our eyes. Guardian has breached contract, termite bond, refuses to pay damages to repair house. We are having to sue them. They originally were to reimburse us $2700 for repairs to our bathroom but did not. It has been almost a year and we are still trying to come to a settlement. We may have to sue but are locked into arbitration. We are trying to find a loophole to get out of arbitration. It has been a nightmare. They have run up a gigantic lawyer bill and the lawyer has also not been very productive for us, I'll leave his name out. We are extremely devastated and can't wait for this nightmare to be over. Steve has done nothing but lie to us. He is unethical.
