I have been a homeowner for thirty years. Dealing with AC contractors over the years non matched the experience from start to finish with Professional Comfort & cooling. Same day response to my call. Arrived on time, gave me the best quote for unit and labor, scheduled my appointment for install. As promised Eric arrived on time for install. The AC and gas furnace were installed and the area was left clean. I was given instructions on operating the new system and a chance to ask questions. Booklets were given to be on system and the warranties were registered and sent to me by mail. I will call Professional Comfort for all my AC needs.

Problem identified and repaired most timely. I will have not hesitation to call this Professional when a system replacement becomes necessary. I will hope for one more hot weather season of life on this 21 year old Trane HE 13 SEER System and pinch my pennies for a fall weather period replacement. Clearly it will be another Trane Heat Pump.

The company called me within 5 minutes of submiiting a a request and I had same day service. I ended up getting my entire ac/furnace unit replace with Professional Comfort within a week of original contact with them. Prompt, friendly service and explained everything they were doing so I had no questions when the work was completed. Cleaned up everything, too!!! I would recommend them to friends and family and will use them again.
