Eric was very knowledgeable about mini-split heat pumps. He removed the failed system and installed the replacement system furnished by me in an acceptable time at a reasonable price. I recommend him for any A/C work needed.

We called because our AC fan wasn't working. Professional Comfort were here within a day and had the issue identified very quickly. They were friendly, professional, competent, and in my experience, had very reasonable rates. I will definitely use them in the future!

I got prompt service even while out of town. They made sure I knew that the part I needed was covered under an existing warranty I had. Their service call fee also covers an hour worth of labor and travel time. Great folks, I highly recommend them.

Eric was very professional and very punctual. We had another local A/C service come but couldn't fix it and suggested we buy a new A/C unit. Eric was able to figure out what was wrong and had our A/C unit running within an hour. Fee was reasonable. Glad we found them. Will definitely use Eric again.

Finally! An honest HVAC repair person. I was advised by another HVAC company that I needed major repair work for lots of money. Eric came out and checked out my system and said it was working fine. He will be doing all my HVAC work for now on.
