Excellent service. Since I was unfamiliar with a heat pump system, the tech took the time to explain how the system works and how to use it for optimal efficiency. Arrived at the appointed time and completed the service to the unit. Very pleased and will recommend them to friends and family. Also repaired leaking ac drain at no additional charge. Now I can repaint my ceiling!

Very caring. They tried to get our old unit running so we would have some sort of air conditioning during this very hot period. Made changes in their schedule to get our new unit installed. We had three proposals and this was the best.

If you suspect a low "Freon" problem, leave your A/C unit off for at least 4-6 hours prior to your service call so the unit won't freeze-up & thereby need to be thawed during the service call wasting time & money...

They are very honest, and straight forward. They don't try to upsell you, or sell you stuff that you really don't need. I will use them again.

I called for a tune-up on my central air conditioning unit. They were on time and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They installed a new vent and duct work to help the cooling in my den, and it was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this business.
