Eric was right on time. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I am retired from Sears Product Services so I know something about good customer service.

Eric is great. I only called him once and he came the same day to have the work done perfectly. I actually contacted the other contractor suggested by the servicemagic.com first, but they seemed not interested doing my project. I called them at least 3 times, they either didn't show up at the time we agreed without even letting me know, or didn't answer the phone at all. I definitely recommend Eric to my friends, and warn them about the other contractor.

They did everything that they told me they would do, and showed me exactly what they were doing, and I couldn't be more pleased. They also saved me anywhere from 700 to over a thousand dollars. I stronly recommend them to anyone. Steve M.

Eric was an excellent contractor, who made a trip to my home on Christmas Eve. He could not get the part he needed until the next business day, but he made my heat a priority. Also, he was upfront about the cost and there were no surprises. He explained everything he was doing to my furnace and spoke in terms I understood. He made sure I didn't feel like an idiot.. I recommend him 100%.
