Manasco's Ornamental Iron

He removed a bent tongue from our utility trailer and rewelded another tongue onto it. The metal he used was a cheap, weak metal that he said would hold up to 1000 lbs, but it bent with 200 lbs. The utility trailer is now unsafe to travel on the road. When he was called to see if he would fix it, he said that he would replace it at no charge and to call him back another day after he ordered the correct metal. When he was called back, each time he would say to call him another day. Always excuses, until he started to avoid the very phone calls he said to make. He NEVER returns a call either. He kept putting off the work until many weeks had passed. The last time he was called, he didnt allow anyone to speak and he hung up declaring that he would call when he was ready. We are extremely displeased with this incompetent and rude man. And by the way, it is Jun 12 and the trailer is still not fixed and he hasn't called. We have filed with the BBB and it seems he is ignoring them, so small claims court will most likely be the solution to this problem. All he had to do is be a man of his word and show some professionalism. Please be warned. If you want the run-arounds and incompetent, sloppy work, then he's your man. I would NOT recommend anyone use this man and his services for anything..... ever!
