Crack Solutions Windshield Repair

My husband and I brought in our vehicles on Saturday, after waiting 3 hours we were told that my car was finished but my husband's truck was not because they ordered the wrong glass. They had already taken the glass out of his truck. They told us to come back Tuesday afternoon. After waiting a few hours on Tuesday they said that it wouldn't be ready until around 4. We called at 4:45pm and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. We arrived to the owner screaming on the phone because the glass that he had just told us he was installing was NOT actually there. He told my husband that he would get the glass and deliver the truck to our home by 10:30pm. At 11:22 they said they were leaving in 15 minutes. At 11:54 they text us and asked us to call a guy named Blake. Blake tried to delay the delivery again. But instead he finally brought the truck at 12:30am. We asked for a partial refund, they refused. I am so disappointed with this company. So unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
