Great They were on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the 25 year old regulator.

They were great. I called day of and they fit me in on the same day. The crew was knowledgeable, thorough, and worked quickly. They are the best plumbers I've ever used.

Jason and his colleague showed up promptly and told me I needed a new water heater. Within an hour and twenty minutes, they had installed a new one. Purchased big deal, which saved me $50! However, the big bonus was having an experienced professional like Jason complete the job to perfection. He's very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job in no time at all. Taking into account some of the quotes I had received from other top rated plumbers, I received the best quote to replace my failing pressure reducing valve from Chapman Plumbing with the total change out only costing me $150. Now, instead of 90-100 water pressure, I'm at a safe 55. That's as good as it gets and I highly recommend them. Jason even took the time to discuss my electric water heater and answered all of my questions. You can't go wrong with Chapman Plumbing!

We had flood in the bedroom from a leaking pipe in the wall. He did an excellent job. He was able to come out the same day that I called; he was on time. He went right to the problem and fixed it. He was courteous and explained what he was doing. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was impressed that he diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Went great. Came in with equipment and cleared the line. He made recommendations for improved flow. A previous owner had added a basement bathroom and changed the flow of the sewer line, not enough of a downward grade, which causes a slower flow. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up the mess. :)

Mr. Chapman was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process of repairing plumbing issues throughout my house as I prepared it for a tenant to come in on short notice. I highly recommend Mr. Chapman.

They came and replaced a hot water heater that was still working, but which was in very bad shape. They arrived on time and were very professional. They had to remove a folding door in the garage closet to gain access. The old heater was so full of corrosion that it drained very slowly, so they finally had to remove it to the driveway to complete draining it. They cleaned everything and put the folding door back, but when I opened it sometime later, the door came off the track. It is still like that because I didn't want to all them back just to put it back. I'm going to have to get one of my friends to reinstall it. Yes, I am very pleased with their work, but $700 for a hot water heater replacement has me shaking my head!

I have two matching Moen faucets in the bathroom. One is broken. As part of "Angie's Big Deal," for $95 Chapman came out, stayed 10 minutes and told me it was unfixable and I needed to buy two new faucets. They were not helpful at all and left without any resolution. They also said that if I bought new faucets, I would have to pay $110/hour even though the "Angie's Big Deal" said that the $95 was for appraisal and one hour of work. When I spoke to the plumber again to discuss the "Big Deal" which included one hour of labor, he told me to write and get my $95 back. He literally said to me "$95 doesn't mean much to me." That seems contradictory as he could returned and not charged me and written off the $95. Either way, he "loses" about $100. This maneuver also lost him a customer. I ended up using another plumber who was able to save my Moen in less than one hour. BEWARE: this plumber seemingly knows little about Moen products.

When I contacted him, he responded to my inquiry very quickly to set up a date and time to provide services. He asked that I take a picture of the faucet and text it to him in order to ensure we purchased the correct replacement faucet for the kitchen sink. Jason recommended places to purchase needed supplies and made himself available if I had questions. We had to change the date and time at the last minute and Jason was very accommodating. Jason was very pleasant and professional during his visit to perform the services we requested and cleaned up after himself. We would definitely use his company again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Chapman Plumbing was able to respond quickly to my service request and arrived at the promised time. They conducted the repair quickly and efficiently, and also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Price was reasonable.

It turned out great. They were excellent.

He arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work. It was fairly straightforward - they just snaked the kitchen drain. I had pre-paid for an Angie's List service call and labor so I was surprised to have a $60 "equipment charge" at the end of the service. They were there just under an hour and I had to clean up after them when they left - some sort of grease from their machine was all over the kitchen floor. Overall - they did what they came to do, but I probably won't call again.

Was about 45 minutes late but did call when he was on the way. Found both problems within 30 minutes. Replaced a faulty valve for the gas logs and made sure that the logs would burn after he left(and they did). Made a very small hole in the wall and replaced the valve for the water into the washing machine, which was leaking, and looked for water damage and not finding any. Very reasonable price and plus he stayed late and his helper was sick and he stayed too and made sure everything was finished to my satisfaction.

Jason was very responsive to our service call. He is a professional in all ways. He gave us a great price with a senior's discount and even informed us of our local gas company's rebate for replacement units ($350.00). We had already turned off the gas and water and even drained the tank before Jason arrived. The total time for taking the old tank out and replacing it with the new tank was 1 hour. He took away to old tank for disposal. We plan to call him back in several weeks to replace the water regulator and fix a leaking faucet. I will be referring Chapman Plumbing to my neighbors.

This was a difficult job in that it involved a system in an older home built in stages on a very unique lot. During the course of the work, the drain auger became bound in the system. With great effort and patience, Jason and his assistant were able able to complete the job with good results and without any damage to the line or their equipment. Without house plans to study, the job required much ingenuity and perserverence. They were more than up to the challenge.

Great! We were moving in that day and toilet broke when new floor was put in day earlier. Quick response, perfect service, and friendly .

I contacted Jason and they were able to come out immediately even though I didn't have an emergency. We talked about what I needed. The first thing he did was check the water pressure which was at 100 when the max should have been 65-75. He explained that would have to be fixed because it was required by code and that it would do damage to my fixtures if not fixed. (I've had two other plumbers come out before and neither of them checked this.) He could not do it that day so he went ahead and re-installed the gas line for my grill on our new deck. He said he would call me over the weekend to schedule the pressure regulator and outside faucet work for the following week. He called as promised and did that work. I then decided to have him install a pump for my basement sinks. He came back and did that today. He was very polite, professional and prompt. There were no surprises on price and he cleaned everything up before leaving. I called him because of his excellent ratings on Angie's List and he did not disappoint me. I will call him for any future work and refer all my friends to him.

CALL THEM ON LABOR DAY AND THEY RETURNED OUR CALL TIGHT AWAY. TOLD US THEY WOULD BE HERE THE NEXT DAY AFTER 12. THEY CALLED AFTER 12 ND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. ARRIVED AT 1:30 AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. WATER HEATER WAS OPERATIONAL BY 3. THEY WERE GREAT.
