This plumber is AWESOME! I will never use another plumber. He was on-time, on-budget, and he even helped me save money on items I needed, but he did not directly provide. You can't go wrong with Chapman Plumbing.

Called them on a Friday and informed them of leak. Water was already shut off at meter so they came on following Mon. Precise location of leak was difficult to find because of shrubbery and sloping lot. To avoid a lot of digging where an underground sprinkler system was in place, a leak location company was called in to locate the leak. Once precisely located, the water line was dug up and leak was only a few feet from the surface. It was caused by a ruptured plastic pipe connection to a copper water line and was repaired quickly. However, a few hours after the repair the leak came back and the line had to be dug up again. The replacement fitting was found to have a manufacturing defect and it was quickly replaced with another one. Since then there have been no problems.

Found that there had been a leak in the past, but it had been fixed. The spot that I saw in my kitchen ceiling was in fact bleed through from where it had leaked before, but the old owners had not sealed the ceiling before painting it. Recommended that I re-seal the ceiling and then have it re-painted.

They were fine. We have no problem. The deal covered everything.

Service was outstanding...issues were resolved in about 1 hour and half. The guys were pleasant and on time. They cleaned up their mess and provided a copy of the receipt via email the next day.

I noticed the p-trap was leaking under the sink in the basement. I tried to replace it myself but with the older plumbing (1960's) it soon became apparent I was in way over my head as it required some custom plumbing and removal of some large heavily corroded parts. I called Jason and he and his assistant were able to come out the following morning. He called me before arrival and got to work immediately. They did great work and I was pleased with the result. I would use them again.

Jason gave me an approximate window when he could arrive, called me to let me know he was on the way and arrived even earlier than I had expected . The work took a little over an hour, was completed fully to my satisfaction and was cleaned up afterward. The price was very reasonable for the work done and he honored the Angie's List 5% off coupon. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Chapman Plumbing to anyone.

He was able to accommodate a reschedule request (to an earlier day!), arrived on time, diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than a half hour, and it has stayed fixed since then. Can't ask for more then that, IMO.

I had used Chapman Plumbing once in the past with no problems, so I sent them a message through Angie's List and followed up with a telephone call on the morning of 10/5. He told me that he would check his schedule when he got back to the office and contact me to set up an appointment. He did not. On the morning of 10/8 he sent me an Angie's List message that said, "See you today". I sent back a message asking for a time and he responded, "between 10 and 2". I waited at home all day. That was the last time I ever heard from them. Today is 10/16.

Went great. Very punctual, team knew what they were doing. Helpful and gave me extra free advise about water pressure etc. My total bill was actually 260, but I had the 50 discount from the Angie's List deal.

Water flow decreased to trickles throughout the house. I called Shelby County Water Service who came out to replace a pressure regulator off of the mainline and told me to replace my regulator inside the house. I called a few companies based on Angie's List reviews and Jason's Chapman Plumbing got the job. I decided to hire him because reviews were A's all around and, when I explained the situation, he gave me a price quote up front, $200 - $210 depending on difficulty of reaching the regulator. Others were hesitant to give me a price even when told specifically that a regulator needs replacement. I don't like "Ahh.. I'd have to see.." "It depends..." Setting up appointment with Jason was easy. He was in the middle of another job when I called him and so he told me he would get back to me at night to schedule. He called that evening to let me know he can come two days later. He and I exchanged texts on the scheduled service day to confirm arrival time so as to minimize my waiting. The job itself was done very swiftly. He arrived with his assistant, quickly surveyed the situation and proceeded to swap out the regulator. He completed in less than 20 minutes. After my making sure water flow was back to normal, he collected the check and left. In and out in 30 minutes. Showers feel great. I like working with a professional such as Jason. There is no extraneous mumbo jumbo. They are short and clear to the point and they are efficient. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing service.

I contacted Jason as a result of an Angie's List Deal after another plumber, contracted by my countertop installer to hook up new undermount sinks being installed during a kitchen remodel, tried to, in my estimation, rip me off. When purchasing new granite countertops I paid the countertop installer $200 extra to have them hook up the water and drain lines to the new sinks (I also purchased from them) when they installed the countertop rather than doing it myself due to a neck and shoulder injury I was recovering from. When that plumber arrived the next day after the countertop install he took one look under the cabinet from around 6 feet away and without measuring anything said they would have to cut through the siding and walls, reroute plumbing and that it would be at least an additional $600 to hook things up. I told him thanks but no thanks, don't call us we'll call you, etc. and showed him the door. After contacting the countertop store and getting a refund on the plumbing costs and telling them what had transpired I went to Angie's List and located Jason Chapman based on the excellent reviews he had received here. I contacted him through an Angie's List Deal he was offering at the time and set up a day and time for him to come hook up the plumbing to the new sinks. An excellent choice as things have turned out. Jason and his assistant Jeremy came on the day agreed at the set time. I explained to Jason what the countertop folk's plumber had to offer and tried to do. Jason looked under the cabinet, measured clearances and told me there was no problem to hooking up the plumbing as is with the exception that I would have to leave out the disposal due to the new sink being some 5" lower than the old one and how the disposal would not line up with the drain line stub out installed when the house was built 30 years ago. (The previous plumber neglected to tell me any of this or give me the option of doing without the disposal. In my estimation they just saw $$ signs.) Jason did say he could hook up the disposal if we just had to have it but it would require fairly extensive work (he very clearly explained what he would have to do and gave me a ballpark estimate of the cost). After a quick phone call and discussion with my wife we decided we could live without a disposal and I told Jason to go ahead and hook us up without it. He started right into work and it took him maybe another 30 minutes and we had running & draining water again. All of that for the price on an Angie's List deal. When Jaon finished that work I asked him to listen to a hammering sound we had had in our pipes for awhile and what did I need to do. He said it was a defective or worn out pressure regulator causing the problem and it needed to be replaced. I set up another day and time for him and Jeremy to come back to fix that for us. They showed up promptly on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and replaced the presssure regulator as well as sorting out the maze of pipes the plumber that installed the worn out pressure regulator left. Jason did an excellent job at a fair price. To make a long story short, Jason did excellent work with very fair prices. He was pleasant, knowledgable in his profession and explained everthing that I asked . I'm very pleased to have found Jason Chapman and won't hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Jason replaced our kitchen faucet and added a water filtration system in a timely and efficient manner. He was knowledgeable and professional and we would definitely call on Jason in the future if we need any further plumbing services.

I have an old house with old plumbing. My bathroom faucet started dripping and Jason tried to replace the stem, but the problem was with the faucet itself. The sink was a very old model, and Jason tried to find parts for it but wasn't successful. So he replaced the sink. No problems, very professional and easy to work with. Was glad he stuck with it until the job was complete.
