It was great. They did a great job. I would use them again if I had another problem. I was perfectly happy with the price. I thought it was a fair price. He actually beat me to the job, so he was a little bit upset that I wasn't there when he got there, so he was very punctual. He did very high, quality work at a fair price. He did it right away. What more could you ask for?

They were able to clear the sewer line in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. They didn't try to sell me anything else which was a huge relief. Will use them again.

After contacting them, and talking about their schedule and my schedule, it took a week and a half before I could get them out. Since the range was to be located near and existing gas line in the basement, it didn't take them long to install the new supply line and hook up the range. They also discovered an improper compression valve fitting (installed by the previous home owner) to supply an auxiliary gas heater, which Chapman plumbers noticed and also replaced. I'd give them an A for professionalism on that, but the apprentice left a bag of tools behind, which I found the next day (C for that); which makes a B rating for professionalism overall. We all need to learn; hopefully, he won't repeat that mistake. I'd say he owes the Master Plumber at least one lunch though...tools are expensive.

Chapman is outstanding! I'm hesitant to give the endorsement because I selfishly want to keep them a secret. I had installed a toilet that developed a leak. Before I could explain the problem, Jason already knew the problem and repaired it in 10 minutes explaining it was a factory defect with the model toilet I had purchased. They are dependable, no-nonsense, and thorough but quick. I had a kitchen drain collapse and Jason showed me how it was improperly installed to the disposal and drain. Instead of repairing the drain where it broke, he tore out and re-installed all of the sink pipes so that I have proper drainage now. It has made a big difference in running the disposal that I wouldn't have known.

The person who provided our estimate arrived on time, was professional, and explained details of work. Unfortunately, we had 2 problems. The first was that, even after seeing the job to be done at our home, we still only received an estimate of work costs, vs. an actual amount the job would cost. The estimate varied by ~30% from the low to high estimate (if my math is correct) or basically a cost spread of between $400-600 for the job. We had a second plumber give us a price that was set within that range, however, we were not particulary thrilled with the technician who came to our home. Thus problem number 2 arose... we actually wanted to speak to Chapman Plumbing to see if they would match the estimate of the other plumber, in which case we preferred to use Chapman, and were in a time crunch as we were coordinating with a flooring company as well. When we made the call back to Chapman we did not get a return call for 24 hours. By then we had already lined up the work with the other company. In the end, the second company, which was highly rated on Angie's list as well, Keith's Plumbing, did not live up to their high rating. We were very dissatisfied with that experience as well.

After about 5 mins, plumber said I needed an new pump. He had the part with him and it took about an hour or hour and a half for him and assistant to replace it. It was expensive...$900 minus the 5% Angie's List discount.... (thanks, Angie's List!), but I think that is the going rate. It solved the problem in a short amount of time and has worked great since then. Plumber was knowledgeable and efficient and didn't have to leave to go get parts, so I was happy.

Jason was right on time, found the problem and had it fixed quickly. Jason is extremely friendly, even played with the dog a few minute to make him feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Both services were great. They arrived on time, did the work professionally and quickly, and charged reasonable amounts for the services. I highly recommend them. Personally, I will use them for any future plumbing issues I may have.

Another plumber installed a new regulator several years ago, but cheated on the fittings. The crimp fitting split and leaked. Kyle with Chapman was early for his appointment, did a first rate repair and did it in a short amount of time. The total for the repair was well worth it. I asked Kyle to leave two magnets so i never called another plumber.

I found them on Angie's List and I called. They called me right back and I think his name was Jason. We made an appointment for the next day. They came out and were able to clear the clog and it didn't take them very long. It was a good transaction.

He was professional and nice. He said we needed a new sump pump, but we wanted to get other opinions.

He quickly diagnosed and fixed these issues, gave me some diy tips on some toilet issues I was having and also fixed a couple of leaky sink valves which was more than I originally asked for. I had other issues I didn't think I could afford right now, but his prices are very reasonable, so he is coming back tomorrow to fix a broken water spigot and leaky tub handle valve that I needed fixed quickly before surgery tomorrow afternoon. Very nice guys, prompt, professional and courteous. I literally couldn't give a higher recommendation. Price given below is for today's work only, and also included a new shower head. Estimate for tomorrow's work (which includes replacing a hard to access water spigot and a tub valve handle) is $200. I've been quoted almost twice that for the spigot alone previously from another plumber.

The Chapman Plumbing team was prompt in their initial visit to diagnose the problem, and returned as promised early the next business day. They replaced a section of the pipe, and we have not had the leak since. I am confident they correctly diagnosed the issue and would call them again for any future plumbing needs.
