Description of Work: Jason contacted me to set up the appointment for the day I requested. He arrived right on time after calling to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He took a look at the problem, advised what the issue was and repaired it quickly. He and his assistant were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Very nice and courteous. They were to install a kitchen faucet. On the first trip I was told the faucet could not be installed because it did not properly fit the holes that were custom drilled in my counter tops. I felt it could be as I had researched the product. After their departure I took the product out of the box for myself and determined it could be installed. I then scheduled another appointment. They were very prompt and courteous but started telling me again why it was not the right fit and why it would not work. When I showed them how to place the faucet they installed the product. The frustration is mainly in the the amount of time spent in scheduling two different appointments for what could have been done the first time. If they had taken the time to really look at the faucet instead of telling me how the salesman gave me the wrong information and all about the inferior products that were sold by the company I purchased from

Description of Work: Replaced damaged shower control cartridge, replaced broken external faucet, replaced non-functional water pressure regulator, installed new kitchen sink faucet set (which we purchased seperately). Required three visits, the first only to get details and estimate. They searched for and found difficult to locate shower control carttidge for 15 year old shower. Very professional and efficient. On time each visit as scheduled.

Description of Work: Jason always answers phone calls, and comes out at his first available time, often ahead of schedule. He replaced the water heater and the pressure regulator. He is always professional, usually comes in under the estimated cost, and I can count on him to get the job done right at a reasonable cost. He is the kind of plumber that your family will rely on for years.

Description of Work: He checked what I thought was the problem and it turned out to be something else. He gave me some suggestions on how to get it fixed.

Description of Work: When the provider showed up, he was not exactly rude, but he did not demonstrate an interest in getting the job done. Though he honestly could not do my water heater installation without someone doing additional prework for it to physically fit, he was smug and said "This is why I don't like to go to a job blind without having seen the work first" as if we had not given him a chance to do that very thing. He never mentioned wanting to look at the job to quote it, and we would have been glad to allow that. I am convinced he just didn't really want the job and tried to make other excuses to try to hide that, which is NOT the kind of attitude or approach I expect from a highly rated contractor from Angie's List. I'm getting a new contractor to do the job.
