He found that there had been a leak earlier in the upstairs bathroom, but it had been fixed. The reason for the discoloration in the kitchen was because the ceiling had not been properly sealed before being painted over by the previous owners. He was very professional and called me immediately with the details. He also found a hole in the roof where animals had gnawed and advised us on what to do to properly fix both the ceiling and the roof. Great guy - I would recommend him to anyone.

Jason has replaced a water heater and disposal for us in the past, has always been prompt and profesional with us. He spends the time needed to get the work done properly the first time! We will definitely use them in the future.

Jason was on time to come out and give us an estimate to replace our water heater. When we decided to go with him, he gave us a date and time, called 30 minutes before he was to be here to let us know he was on his way. He was courteous, on time, replaced the water heater, removed and took away the old water heater. I would definitely recommend Chapman Plumbing.

Jason removed the old toilets and installed the new ones. He called 30 minutes prior to getting here, stating he was on his way, arrived on time, got right to work to remove the old toilets and replace them with the new ones. They charged by the hour and things went very well taking less time then expected. They are very professional and easy to work with. If we need plumbers again, we will use Chapman Plumbing.

Garbage disposal quit working the evening of 08/25/2014. Phoned Chapman Plumbing on 08/26/2014 at 8:30 in the morning after seeing the reviews on Angie's List and the recommendations for Chapman Plumbing on a neighborhood group on Facebook. Jason returned my call before I even finished leaving a message. Jason said he could come by about 1 in the afternoon but would phone 30 minutes ahead of time. Jason phoned me in the afternoon to let me know he could stop by and check out the garbage disposal. He arrived within 15 minutes. He made sure the disposal we had was truly dead, then installed a new disposal. Very happy with the response time, professionalism. I would not hesitate to phone him again for plumbing repairs.

Everything was okay. The quality was good. Responsiveness and punctuality were fine.

I though everything went well. Jason was responsive and quick to show up. The work was done fast and we have had no problems with it. I am now enjoying hot water again. I would hire him again. The only thing I did not like was that he did not have a splitter for the electrical outlet to run the pump from the drip pan. I had to go hunt one down. Not a big deal, just something else I had to remember to take care of. Using a credit card is a 3% charge. It was waved for being an Angie's list customer. It was not a big deal since it was waved. But I would have not been happy to pay it.

Mr. Piechura responded promptly, provided explicit analysis of what would be required for the task. Gave a precise estimate for the job including fixtures. He also recommended a contractor for the tile work. Checked out the tile contractor on Angie's list. Mr. Piechura worked efficiently and effectively with the tile contractor to coordinate the job. He always responded quickly whenever called. He has a friendly, sincere personality. I told him that he is the happiest plumber I'd ever met! Finished his part of the job on time in budget. Totally satisfied. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Jason was easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond. Additionally, their price on this job was more reasonable than an earlier quote I had received from another plumber. I used the $150 for $200 Big Deal, which made the price even better. He and his assistant did a great job. The installation was efficient. Our water pressure is now back to normal and our expansion tank is updated! I'd be quick to use them again in the future.

Their price for the work they did was TERRIBLE!!! They were at my house less than 20 minutes. Two men and one unstopped the sink while the other unstopped the toilet. Their work was o.k. but I would never consider them again. I felt they were taking advantage of me being a lady and by myself. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Came the same day I called and unplugged the bathrooms so they would work for the weekend. Said he would come back Monday to find out why it keeps happening. Ran a camera through the pipes going to the city sewer and found the problem. Gave me an estimate to permanently correct the problem. Did not charge me for Monday's visit and estimate. I will definitely use again when I can correct my issue permanently.

Jason and an assistant came out on a Saturday about 30 minutes after I called (they were finishing another job). They solved the problem quickly and were on their way. We were happy with the price (especially for a weekend job) and with the service . . . we'll likely call again.

Have had these guys in my home twice and have been very happy with their professionalism and quality.

After our old water heater broke, I called Chapman Plumbing and Jason came out the same afternoon with a new tank. Unfortunately, the venting in our elderly house wouldn't accommodate the new, taller tanks (although he tried). I was given several options and decided to go with a tankless system. Jason came back the very next morning and installed the new system, which so far we are very pleased with. He was professional, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. The price was very fair. I will absolutely call Chapman Plumbing again.

Chapman plumbing after a detailed evaluation and consultation, repaired a leaking drain pipe in my upstairs guest bathroom. The work was done promptly and professionally. There is no longer a leak. I will use them again. They have become my plumber of choice.

I had accidentally flushed a toilet cleaner wand head and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called Chapman Plumbing on Thursday, May 1st and spoke to Jason. He was able to schedule me for the next day (Friday, May 2nd). He said they would be there around 1 p.m. He and an assistant arrived on time. I showed them to the bathroom and they got right to work. They were able to use an auger clear the problem in a short amount of time. They made sure not to scratch the porcelain and they left no mess. I think they were done in about 20 minutes. I will definitely call on them again for any plumbing needs!

Jason called me the same day I emailed an inquiry. He was very punctual and courteous. Jason and his assistant came to the house and diagnosed the problem. They replaced a part on my water heater that was suspected to be the issue. That only temporarily solved the problem. I called Jason back and he promptly drove back out and checked again. While the water heater part did need changing, it was not the root issue. Jason discovered a problem with the mixing valve in our master bath shower. He changed it out and fixed the water hammer issue for good. Jason is extremely punctual, very professional, and is truly passionate about plumbing. This really shows up in his work. You can tell that he takes great pride in what he does. I highly recommend Chapman Plumbing. He is now my go-to plumber.

Plumber came out same day called, was professional, informative, and charged a lot less than some other plumbers. Took extra time to explain issues particular to my house's plumbing, and provide tips on how to prevent issues going forward. Did not try to push extra services. Honest, good work - great experience. Will use again for any plumbing needs.

He was completely professional, punctual, and kept me informed as I waited for an available appointment. Our situation was not an emergency and the time it took for him to arrive at my home after I placed the first call was only 2 hours. That's more than acceptable to me for a non-emergency repair. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He informed me also of another issue that would require a different type of technician/contractor to fix. He even took the time to call me to give me a name of another service provider who could help us with the other issue; who was recommended by another of his clients. That's going above and beyond! A+ for sure in my book. Will use this provider again and again.

Called because he was on Angie's List and he took my call right away and was able to schedule a visit the next morning. He diagnosed the problem immediately as a leak in a cold water copper buried in my 22 year old concrete slab. He recommended a leak detection service and contacted them for me. We examined several options and both slept on it. Jason had come up with a creative way to bypass the old, leaky pipe and reroute the pipe around the house, into the garage, up the wall, across the attic and down to the position where the pipe was leaking. He and his helper arrived on time and were completed within four hours. That night, we experienced a problem with one of the toilets. I emailed Jason in the morning and asked that he call me when he was in the neighborhood and told him about the problem. He knew immediately what happened and arrived by noon to fix it by putting new guts into the toilet tank. I have Chapman Plumbing's magnet on my refrigerator, because Jason is now our plumber.

Be aware that the man has a very strong personality. I had some problems that I wanted him to repair and he wanted to replace everything. I chose what I felt like I could do and he didn't like it. He didn't talk to me too much after that. We just had a personality clash. I assume his work was fine but it was not fun dealing with him. It was difficult dealing with him. I thought he was coming on a Monday and he didn't come until Tuesday.

We were more than satisfied with the installations and the repair. A part had to be ordered and Jason kept us updated on the part's arrival and his availability to repair the the control handle. We will certainly use Chapman Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.
