Description of Work: I sent an email through your site to describe the whistling I was hearing when the water was running. They responded right away that it was most likely the pressure regulator and arranged to come out the next day. They were on time and polite and had the problem fixed quickly.

Description of Work: Installed new 1" water line from main valve to the house (approx. 120')and replaced shut-off valve at the house. Included scanning to find leak,which was caused by tree roots, and installing new line. On time, very courteous and professional. I have used Jason previously and he is always on time, reasonably priced and does a good job.

Description of Work: I called Chapman Plumbing because our water heater quit working. We were in a situation where we really couldn't wait several days for a replacement. Jason worked with us to come out quickly. He did a great job and was very professional and courteous. He even noticed a potential problem with an outside heat pump and made us aware so that we could have someone check it out. We were so impressed with the job he did that we hired him for two more jobs. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Description of Work: Mr. Chapman was very responsive to my questions. He came and looked at my water heater, gave an estimate to replace it and a gas line part to bring it up to code which seemed reasonable to me. Our water heater was 27 years old. He had to order the gasline part and we set up an appointment to have the work competed. He was on time and professional and happy to answer my questions. He helped us with the $350 rebate from Alagasco.

Description of Work: I talked to someone on the phone and told them my problem. He said he would be able to come out the next day, but then told me what could be wrong and made some suggestions. One of the things he told me to try actually fixed my issue and he didn't need to come out! Very professional and very helpful. When I need a plumber again, I will definietly call them!

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in our toilet. We had been told by another plumber we needed a new toilet. Such was not the case--it was repaired and did not cost the $1000 the other plumber told us it would be to replace the toilet and install it.

Description of Work: Called in the morning - they came the same afternoon. Leaking shower identified as water pressure too high. Replaced pressure valve in basement; also performed some other minor repair (upon my request); very professional; will use them for any future plumbing needs;

Description of Work: I had water leakage from water line to refrigerator,he changed part of line first and suggested to change the whole line with 1/2 inch pvc tubing.I got this done as the shut off valve was covered by ceiling.He put the new line with pvc tubing and put a shut off valve near the refrigerator.He also changed the pressure regulator in main water supply.Only regret was I should have done this one time instead of two.He was very proff,punctual and neat.
