Description of Work: Full disclosure - this is not someone I found through Angie's List, but someone we were screwed over by before joining. Brian West Construction of Mobile, AL is a scam and should not be taken seriously. He will come immediately to give an estimate and collect a down payment, and make a big show of putting a pile of trash and crappy materials on your lawn. He may even tear holes in your house as he did to ours to show the job has been started. He will then give a sob story to ask for an advance in the next part of his pay, and then you will never see him again, either to finish the job or to return any money or materials he claims he has bought for your job. Scam artist, through and through.
