Monday night my AC only blew hot air, so Tuesday I checked Angie's List for a company to call that had good ratings. Ken only had "A" ratings, so I called him about 2pm and left a voice mail. He returned my call within the hour. I asked if there was any way he could fit me in the next day. He said he was pretty busy, but would be here later that afternoon. I really appreciated that, but a couple of hours later when it started pouring rain with thunder and lightning, I called and let him know, so that we could reschedule. I couldn't believe he still came, replaced the bad part and was so nice even though it was still raining. What he charged was more than reasonable. I will definitely call him for any further service.

Ken is all by himself he has a helper sometimes but Ken is number one. He checks my unit all the time for me. He does routine maintenance for our heating and cooling unit. I have two air conditioners and he charges me $50 for a maintenance check. He might be giving us a discount because he is like a friend now. He even fixed my toilet once because I couldn't get a plumber. He is just great. Nobody would go wrong in using Ken for air-conditioners and generators, that's what he does.

I have used them for years and I am very happy with them. I have three air conditioners and they are twelve years old and he keeps them cold. He is a very nice and polite fella. He is very reasonable and was recommended by Alabama's preferred contractors. He had fixed an air conditioner that other people said couldn't be done.

I have used Mr. Grice's services many times for my heat pumps and my whole house generator (which he also installed). He is an excellent technician who performs his work efficiently and very well. He is prompt, courteous and very neat. I would recommend him to anyone needing to purchase or repair any type of heating or cooling equipment and/or a generator.

They are very professional and are even willing to come back if there is something to be fixed. They are very customer care oriented. I have never had any experience with them not coming on time. I would have them come back and do work for me any day. They seem to manage their work load very well.
