Description of Work: He and two of his sons painted 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Did a good job. Also moved my dryer vent from the roof to the side of the house, repaired some water damage in laundry room and 1 bathroom. They did a very good job.

+ -1 moreDanny Richardson has been a lifesaver for me on numerous occasions! He's been doing handyman and yard services for me for a few years. I just got Angie's List today, and the first thing I want to do is thank him with a nice and well-deserved review here. Not only has he done handyman work, when I was in the hospital and had nobody to take care of things at home for me, he did it all. He took care of my cat, did my yard as usual, let in the exterminator when fleas appeared in the house while I was gone, everything. Danny has been like trusted family with me for almost ten years now! I wouldn't go anywhere else for help. Call him. :) BTW the $100 cost of service is just a number I plugged in. It totally depends on what I ask him to do, I've paid him anything from nothing when he said "no charge" for fixing something simple while at my house for yard work to (a bit more, but I don't remember) for the new roof, as you would expect.
Description of Work: Everything? Handyman work, new roof, yard work, pet care, etc.

+ -1 moreDanny promptly did what he said he was going to do. He and his two sons worked about a day and a half on the project. The cost included labor and materials. We are pleased with the results and definitely will use Danny again if the need arises.

Description of Work: Excellent work replacing old worn out Shrubs and planting new bushes and sod. Basically an entire landscaping job. Also, repaired many small items around the house. In past he has added new roof and replaced a floor in the kitchen . Danny is a jack of all trades. Danny is a good Honest hardworking man and his sons are hardworking too.

+ -1 moreHe he taught us along the way how to problem solve throughout the process. He insisted he finish completing the whole project vs. just working for 1 hour. NO WAY I could have figured out this assembly by myself. So helpful.

Description of Work: Had an appt for 4:30; didn't call and finally called him. He said he was cleaning up and would be there shortly. One hour later he came and was not prepared to work. Said he was unable to come in the near future. Very, very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

+ -1 moreWe appreciated it because it would have cost us a lot more. He did four our five things. He was here for some plumbing work and he worked on our furnace. He is very nice and he does what he says he is going to do. He does a little bit of everything and he is very good. My faucet used to drip and drip and he fixed it. He lifted my heater and he also moved my TV so I could get in front of it. He put new bulbs in my new florescent light in the kitchen and the cells were out of the telephone and I bought 3 new ones and he put those for me. He did a bunch of stuff. He charged me $50 to come out but after using him for 3 or 4 times I realized it was not fixed but he was very reasonable. He came when he said he was coming. I am not sure if he was learned in all of those things or not but he did it efficiently. It was the second time I had him.
Description of Work: I used the services of Handyman Services Unlimited to do some repairs on my faucet to keep it from leaking.
