Referred to this company by our home warranty company Old Republic…this company is a complete JOKE! Been dealing with air conditioning issues for almost 30 days with this company….they will diagnose one problem….fix it and then something else stops working and then there is a whole different issue….First they came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part & said it would take 3-5 business days for the part to arrive, on the 6th business day we haven’t heard from them so I called to check on the part and magically it was already in….ok fine, things happen maybe they were busy and didn’t get a chance to call, we then got on their schedule which was another 5 days away…they come out as scheduled & the part was put on …..air was back on and then BOOM it goes out again in a matter of a week….they come back out as a service recall and it needed another part…(a different issue) that part is ordered, we wait patiently, didn’t hear from them for over 1 1/2 week so based on the prior experience I called the office to check on this second part we had been waiting on, I was told the part was already in & they can come out and put it on within a few days, so we get on their schedule…no problem so before hanging up I asked the receptionist “what is their policy when parts come in, do they normally call to inform the customer?” Because this was the SECOND time I’ve had to call to check on parts we were waiting on and BOTH times the parts were already in…..the receptionist whom she said her name was CISSY responded VERY RUDELY AND NASTY “AND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?” Umm excuse me how about do your job and have some kind of professionalism when dealing with customers you’re being paid to service….I then asked to speak with the owner she stated he was not in…I asked for a contact number she stated she could not provide so I left a message I’m sure he never received….or maybe he did and didn’t have the decency to return the call……move forward to the second part being installed on on Friday morning by Friday night the air was out again…I called the after hours answering service & their on call technician came out & inspected everything and said the issue was the part that was just put on that morning it was installed incorrectly by the technician and he had to redo the entire installation…..he finished everything and the air was working for about 24hours BOOM air back out yet AGAIN…. I called the on call technician back & he came out again and apparently it’s yet ANOTHER DIFFERENT issue now that needed another part that had to be ordered…all while temperatures outside reaching the 90s….no sense of urgency, compassion or even empathy for ongoing issues THEY AREN’T COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIX! I have been more than patient with this company …..Finally I called Old Republic home warranty company and filed a complaint and requested a new service company! If you are dealing with this company through your home warranty….RUN….& FYI you do not have to accept anything less than good quality service…you can call the home warranty company and request a new service provider!! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!

They have also been out a lot since October. They have replaced both air conditioning units and both furnaces so they have done a lot of work for us. The price of the ductwork replacement was covered under insurance. I think the last time there were three people here. My area was very clean when they left.

Great! We've working with them for years with a variety of problems and two houses, and they are always efficient, professional, and reasonable. I've met many of the techs, and they're all really nice guys--easy to have around. :) It's a family affair.

Very well. I would use these guys again. I did have them come out and quote a new A/C install, but they came in way overprice so I went with another company.

They're very good. I've used them for 15 years. It's a family owned business. They're reliable and reasonably priced. They've been great. The owner is always willing to talk to you if you need help.

Company installed a new Rheem 4 ton, 15 seer gas system in May of 2011. The new unit came with 10 yr parts and labor. The unit was not cooling. All work was covered by warranty. Earley Air Control is a local family owned business that provides great and honest service at reasonable costs.

They are really good!

Came out the day of the storm. Hot day in August. After discussing options, I agreed on the unit I would buy. They came back within the hour and put in a temporary unit until my new one was installed at no charge. The new unit went in a few days later. The temporary unit kept me cool. Have used Earley for years, they don't try to sell you things, they are will fix when they can. Always nice to work with.

They are quick and honest. I would absolutely recommend.

I would rate them high across the board and I would use them again in the future.

They are reliable, reasonable, and look for the cheapest way to fix things versus trying to up-sell you. When my thermostat was hit by lightening they came and replaced it for free because of the warantee. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been using Earley Air Control (on Angie's List company name is misspelled, telephone # is correct) for approximately 9 years now. I originally contacted them because I was not satisfied with the service of my last company. Earley Air Control (EAC) specialist know there equipment very well. I'm the type of person that watches repairs (out of curiosity) and asks ALOT of questions. All the specialist that have come to my house take the time to explained everything to me. I have found that they are excited about their products and want to make sure I understand everything about it. When I had the new unit installed EAC went over in detail several options I had ( fix the 15 year old unit, replace with high efficiency unit, replace with less efficient unit, replace with ductless unit). At no time did I feel pressure to make a quick decision. The technicians were at my house most of the day installing the heat pump. I have since had no problems with the unit.

I have used them for our Heating and A/C for about ten years. They also replaced a ladder that I bought at Lowe's for access to the attic and re-masked our duct system. They have always been very responsive even on weekends and holidays when you call (someone is always on call). They also call back to check on you after they have made repairs or installation to make sure everything is Ok. Highly recommend.

Went well from start to finish. Techs spent most of the day on the job. They removed the old unit, sealed up the intake vent, and installed a new vent in one of the rooms. Next they installed the new units.

They are wonderful. The price was under $500, and was maybe around $200. They are very personable and timely. They give an estimate that is pretty much on the spot. They do a good job. We have not had to call them back for anything.

They were great, and I would rate them high overall. They were friendly and their cleanup was great. They are fair and friendly and do good job.

Woke up on Sunday 12/30 and the furnace wouldn't start. Called regular guy but no response. Checked Angie's List for an alternate. Early Air Control was close and had good ratings so I called. Their 24 hour service center was answered as opposed to the recording I received elsewhere. They said a tech would call right away, and within 30 minutes he had called and agreed to come check the problem within the next 90 minutes. The tech arrived on time, checked the equipment and shared the bad news -- no way to complete the repair without a part that they did not keep in stock. He offered us the option of getting the part house opened (cost $100) or waiting until the following day. We opted to wait and were put on the top of their Monday morning schedule. By 9:30 a.m., the tech was back and in roughly 30 minutes he had us up and running.

Fantastic. Courteous, punctual service, performed professionally and promptly.

James Early came to my house a looked at the old indoor furnace and outdoor heat pump and gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost and time to replace it. He did not try to sell me the more expensive model. He gave me straight talk about what the best value was. The workmen completed the work in half a day, which was less time than estimated. I am satisfied.

The technician came out the day after I called, and gave me a diagnostic of the problem, even stayed on the phone with my painful home warranty group. He came back that day with the parts he needed for the Fan Control Board, and also replaced the Heat Pump thermostat. Another part was needed for outside, so the technician, Chris, got my heater working temporarily, and ordered the part. I did have to call back the next month to check on where the missing part was, since my heater was on "emergency" and wasn't running efficiently. Mr. Earley ordered the part and had someone out there the same day the part came in, MLK day! He was quick, and went straight to work. They were all very nice and helpful.
