Description of Work: They put in a new liner for my in ground pool as well as extensive repairs to the to the bottom of the pool before the new liner could be put in. Daniel and Kevin did the work on my pool, they were on time, professional, cleaned up everyday before leaving, and answered every question I had for them. Andy Huber not only followed up by coming by but by phone as well. The work was completed on time as promised. If you need an honest, professional pool company, I Strongly recommend Complete Pool Care. they are located at 3385 Schillinger Rd. N. Ste. 10 Semmes, Alabama.

+ -1 moreI have called Complete Pool Care three times. The 1st time I called a woman took my information and said someone would call me back. After a week of waiting, I called again and talked to a gentleman who took my information and said someone would call me back. After another week of waiting, I called Andy Huber's cell phone before business hours and actually got to talk to him. After telling him about what my issues were, he told me to take pictures of my pool and send an email with them attached and they would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response from Complete Pool Care. I've wasted a month of time on them and looking through their reviews I see I am not alone with this type of treatment.

+ -1 moreThe woman was very knowledgeable, and spoke to me in a respectful, clear manner. She educated me, enabling me to care for my own pool. Complete Care is the servicer for Aqua Rite salt systems, so I know where to go if I have any trouble.
Description of Work: The person on the phone walked me through the diagnostics my Aqua Rite unit. Through my answers, she determined that the unit was working perfectly. She made recommendations for my concerns.

Description of Work: Called, spoke to someone, talked about my repair needed, he took all the information and said a scheduler would call me back with and appointment. Never received a call back. Called again, got answering machine, left information, still with no response.

Description of Work: These folks are great. Andy is a delight to work with and is very professional. I had a serious problem with my pool chemicals and winter neglect, he brought back to sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone. And will call him again as the need arises.

+ -1 moreThey have been doing weekly visits to take care of my pool. They have been doing regular maintenance that includes balancing of chemicals and checking. They charge $200 a month for one visit per week. They have done repair work for me. I have been pleased with the quality of their work and their ability to diagnose a problem.
