Very happy with the whole job.

I was not really pleased, I had their maintenance package for about 3 years and they had some problems with being consistent. They were not consistent with the quality of service provided. I had nothing but problems. Every time they would come I would be low on Freon and then high on Freon and they would drain it out and then they would tell me there was not enough and they would sell me more. They had one guy that was really good and I really liked him and then he moved away and the services were never good again. Services were very spotty, sometimes excellent.

I thought they were ok. In the beginning the did not have a lot of experience with maintenance and then they got a guy did. He moved away and then services went down.

Arrived on time and performed services exactly as promised. They were very fast, professional and cleaned entire area of service. I have used this company in the past and have always found them to perform professionally, promptly and to deliver what was promised.

This company performed maintenance on the A/C system for our condo located in Orange Beach, Ala. We live in Louisiana and were not present when the work was done. The realestate office we use for management of rentals, informed us of the problem and recomended this company. The system had to be repaired before the 15th of March due to renters checking in at 2:00pm on the 15th. We went the following week to check the A/C system, I am qualified to work on A/C units and all electrical problems from low voltage to high voltage. I was very impressed with the professional work performed, for I am a very anal individual who has 46yrs experience in both of these fields.

Air Specialty sent out a service truck. After looking the system over he determined what part we needed, and as luck would have it, he had the part on his truck. Our heat was only out for a few hours.

I liked the first man I came in contact with. He did what he said he would do and he was very nice. His name was Charles.

They generally inspected. Gave price. Did work. All good experiences.

They did a good job. Other companies had given me quotes of $4,000. There was no need for me to get a new duct work because I had one that was in good shape. There were here right away when I called. I have got their details in my book so that I would use them in the future when needed.

They are a good company. They seemed professional. They inspect my system twice a year. Their prices are comparable. They did extra work.
