+ -1 moreWhen I moved into a house I bought in 2015, Brian came over to do a full air condition system service which included vents and a bunch of stuff that I was not familiar with. Fortunately, Brian was. I entered the cost as best I remembered but I do recall that it was good and lower the range for this type service. He was friendly, fast, and professional and I'm getting ready to call him here now in mid-2016 for a service and repair. He also does a lot of different kinds of repairs, installations, and construction. I've got no doubt he has those capabilities. He struck me a a decent guy who knows his business.
Description of Work: Full clean, outside unit, vents, cooling fins, motor, external area, internal chassis, coil, drain pan, drain lines, electrical inspect and check, air flow and air flow temp, and some other heat pump and cooling checks that I can't remember.
