David was very prompt to reach out to me and schedule an appointment for service. He was very professional on the phone and in person. He was the only person the came to the site. He was engaged from the moment that he stepped out of his truck. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair and engaged in great conversation throughout the service call. Oh yeah...heâ s got great humor too. I would hire him again and refer him to anyone needing this type service.

David is a consummate professional. After a brief call, David was at my home the next morning correcting several deficiencies in my sprinkler system. Even items I thought were broken were not and he took the time to explain and gave me a detailed write up on how the system should behave. I would absolutely use him again.

He called, set up the appointment, arrived on time the next day. He was courteous and personable. Explained what was to be done, quoted a price, which wound up being a little more because of the work the was done, but reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Whitten to others.
