Description of Work: It took 2-3 phone calls to get gutter guys to respond to initial call. They did give me a quote but then it took another 2-3 calls and 2 e mails to get in touch with them to let them know I wanted them to do the work... This was on a Friday and I was told they would call to give me a time for work on Monday... didn't hear again for over two weeks. I assumed they weren't going to do the work but did schedule the work..however when they came I was told I misunderstood the quote and would require more money... They didn't do the job and I would not recommend them.. their quote was lower and now I understand why.

+ -1 moreThe first time I called and emailed I didn't get a response for almost 2 weeks. The owner called and apologized because he was out of town. They had a lot of work to catch up on. When he got me on the schedule, the were on time and did an excellent job.

+ -1 moreTook a couple of phone calls and an email to get the owner to come out for the estimate. Once the estimate was sent and accepted, it was more than a week before they came to do the job. The installation went as smooth as it could. they started about 8:00AM and finished at about 3:30PM. They were paid and the last thing I was told was, if there are any troubles, contact them and they would come out and fix them, no problem. It took several calls and emails but, the repairs have finally been scheduled.

Description of Work: They installed new gutters around the house and also install a downsput on a very specific place where you don't usually put one. Their price was the best from all the estimates. I would definately recomended.

+ -1 moreDefinitely everything you would want for a gutter install service. Extremely personable and professional. I never could have imagined the craftsmanship and effort put into putting up my gutters. He was quick with an estimate, and work once it stopped raining. My wife and I could not be happier with how the gutters looked. Really takes the time to take in the little details of what works best for your home. The gutters look fantastic. Could not be more pleased. Even the downspouts are well placed and look great. Wouldn't even consider anyone else.
Description of Work: Added seamless gutters with downspouts to 3/4 of our house. (Which is impressive considering our roof is not a standard square and has a bi-level drop off for the porch!)

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. If you need gutters or gutter repair, you need to contact Tim from Gutters Guys. The entire project happened without me ever meeting Tim. The entire project was communicated to me over the phone and through email. Tim provided me a free estimate, explained his plan / solution to my satisfaction and with my approval executed. His estimate was spot on (i.e. there were no hidden charges or cost overruns). The work was provided in a timely manner. I am 100% pleased which is why I am taking the time to write this review.
Description of Work: Tim from Gutter Guys installed gutters on a portion of the back of my house and the metallic awning covering the back porch.

The workers proceeded to completion in a speedy manner with little noise and no disruption to my daily life. At the end we walked around the house again to review the job. The workers took all debris and left a clean yard.
