Great. Owner/operator came out to give quote and install timeline was very nice and knowledgeable and even offered to add an extra section to cover porch entrance for no extra charge. His price was competitive with others. Install was quick and easy and have been a great addition to our home. I highly recommend him to install as he has a vested interest in your satisfaction and works hard to ensure you are happy.

They came early and stayed late and completed job in 2 days. The crew was friendly and worked hard. The completed project exceeded my expectations.

Bill was very professional but his prices were high and he knew it. I did not really have a time limit but the project should have taken 15 days but took 3 months. However i am not complaining. There were some hidden costs ($1700) but they were happy to explain to me why. I will use them again despite the hefty price tag because: - i do not know much about gutters - they do nice work.

I originally contacted Chattahoochee Gutter Company to give me a quote on adding gutters to my home. I received an initial price quote on 5/14/13, which I thought, was reasonable. Wayne Reuter came out some time later and we discussed add-on options for gutter design, where to add downspouts, etc. He said it would be a few days, but that he would get me a quote as soon as possible. I contacted him again via phone and left him a message. I never received a follow up call, so I emailed him in July, and responded that I was still very much interested in a quote, but he never responded. I still need gutters.

Work was A+. Gutters were put up in one day. The work was done to my specifications and the estimate turned out to be the actual price I paid. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Once I called they were very responsive and arrived on time for the appointment. they were very forthright about when they could get to my job and they did it when they said they could. The person that did the estimate was very professional and explained all of the details and what they could do, and then they did it exactly. They did a very good job and cleaned up everything and left no debris on the work site.

They were great and got the job done quickly. Very good communication.

I had Gutter Helmets, gutters and downspours damaged during a severe hail storm in 2009 and needed them replaced. I contacted The Gutter Helmet Company to get the name of their nearest representative. That company was Chattahoochee Gutter Company. I met with their Rep Wayne who provided me with a detailed cost estimate that included the removal and and disposal of all gutter materiels and downspouts and the replacement of all new products. I made Wayne aware of my wifes leukemia condition and our frequent trips to Montgomery, AL for treatment and he was able to work with me in every case. The men arrived on time and on schedule ( a rareity around here), went about their work with professional integrity and gently knocked on the door to tell me when they were going to lunch and when they leaving for the day. They were very courtious and worked in silence. When they left there was no material or trash of any kind left behind for me to pick up. They cleaned up everything. A very welcomed performance. There was a minor repair required to the fascia that was done by another team from their company and they also were excellent. When they were done they asked me for a broom so they could sweep up the tiny bit of sawdust from their work. WOW! that was nice too. That kind gesture around here is unheard of. I was very impressed with the quality of the companies work and their workers. Very polite and efficent. The job looks excellent and really adds class to the house. Job well done. I very highly recommend this company for installing or replacing gutters, downspours and Gutter helmets. It was a pleasure doing business with them. John Bossom

they gave me a quote after inspectiong the job and left the quote in my mailbox with a note to call if I wanted the service..no calls back...when I called and agreed to terms, they gave me a date and called a few days before to confirm the date then were there exactly on the date agreed upon..their workers were polite and did an attractive job...they also put me in touch with a general contractor they use to do additional repairs and we were satisfied with his work as well...overall, they were a pleasure to work with...I dont require the cheapest price on a job..I realize that for a company to have insurance and bonding their employees, they have to charge more than the fly-by-nite installers...My creed, since I was a teenager , has been that the stingy man pays the most in the long run.

We had a roof leak which came from a long, 60 foot, custom made gutter that had deteriorated. I called Chattahoochee Gutter to see if they were interested, because the repair would combine some shingle replacement as well as a replacement custom made gutter. I told them up front that I needed an itemized work estimate so we could know if we could afford this and also what materials they were recommending, etc. After weeks of waiting and their salesman coming out twice and giving all kinds of wierd advice, such as saying we would have to solve the condensation problem inside before they would guarantee any roof work, etc. Another suggestion was that we tear down the building and leave the pool open as a solution to a roof leak. After all of the above they still only gave me a ball park figure, not a firm estimate of $14,000. This was not itemized, in writing, nor any idea given of what this number comprised of. Other places had given us an estimate of a third of that cost. So the bottom line was that we ended up waiting over 3 months for Chattahoochee Gutter to get it together, with rain coming into the house the whole time, and still did not receive the itemized estimate, that we had been waiting for.

The sales rep was punctual and courteous. The quote was accurate and fair. The installers arrived at the job site on time. They performed the job to specs and in a very timely manner. The job site was cleaned up prior to them leaving. Other than a couple of mangled shrubs, it couldn't have been better.
