+ -1 moreI wrote a check for the part and labor. After not hearing from them for a week, I had to call them multiple times to finally be able to reach them. Finally when I did reach them, they didn't have my part yet, and when they did it wasn't the right part. I then had to wait multiple more weeks when the part should've been in, and the responsiveness was still very poor. All of this went on for over a month with my stove not being repaired. In the meantime my oven went out and I replaced the unit.
Description of Work: I have a flat top stove that I had them out to repair.
