COMPLETE TREE SVC

The company did an excellent job of removing the two trees within a week of initial contact working around all the rainy weather we have had for less than the amount initially quoted. All tree material was removed from the lot as promised, the yard was raked and the driveway cleaned off.

These guys left a huge pile of logs, heavy limbs and branches that covered about 25% of the road in front of my house. The large limbs were 6 feet or longer and prevented my guests from having a place to park. They said the city would remove them even though I told them the city does not haul away limbs cut by professionals. Sure enough the city inspector left a note on our door the next morning saying they knew Complete Tree Service left the large pile of limbs and they would have to remove them. The city representative said this company routinely tried to get away with doing this sort of thing. I called both Calvin and Daniel several times and each time they said they would be right over to remove the debris. Of course, they never showed up. I paid another company to haul away the wood. I should have known not to hire someone who just shows up knocking at my door. Next time, I will hire a reputable company or just cut up the limbs myself.

From first phone call, they were able to come and give us a quote based on walk around within 2 days. They then scheduled and were here in a week. They worked form 8:30 am to 3:30 to 4 pm each day as needed to complete the work. As they did job we decided to try and get more done and they accomodated our changes. They also gave us good advice and some areas of concern we had.

Came for estimate within 2 hours of my call. Walked area talked about what I wanted, what I might want or need in future, gave me an estimate, and said they could start within a day. Were punctual, firendly, informative, and very professional They did excellent work.
