Superb. Mr Tyson extremely knowledgeable, made diagnosis of low Freon, explained options and probable long term outcomes. We selected to replace Freon and observe expectantly. Worked great for 3 weeks and then began to fail as expected. Now shopping for new refrigerator. A 5 star consultation at a fair price.

We are so thankful that we have found Tyson Appliance Service. Beginning with the initial phone call, we felt very comfortable with this company. Mr. Tyson was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. He was very thorough in setting up our new range and the installing the gas range. We really appreciated that he took the extra time to make sure that everything was installed correctly and making sure he did not damage our wood floors. Mr. yson was right on time as scheduled. He was courteous and professional. He ran several tests, and decided the capacitor was faulty. He luckily had the part with him, so within 45 he had repaired our washing machine and was on his way. This was my 1st Angie's List referral, and I am very pleased. If I need Mr. Tyson's services in the future, I will most definitely call him again. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in the repair of appliances.

Mr. Tyson was punctual, friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked the faulty ice maker on my Frigidaire refrigerator and told me that it's design is very new and he recommended a factory-authorized Frigidaire repairman fix it. He apologized profusely, but I appreciate his integrity and willingness to admit he was uncomfortable working on something he was not familiar with. He also informed me that the problem would likely be covered under my homeowners warranty. He didn't charge me anything even though he was there for 30 minutes. If I ever need an appliance repaired in the future I will definitely call Jim Tyson. Note: He is a factory-authorized dealer for many brands and probably could have fixed most anything else on my Frigidaire, but it just so happens these new ice makers are tricky.

Mr. Tyson is always very professional and dependable to be on time or let you know if your appointment time needs to be modified. We have used Tyson Appliance three times in the last year and have been very satisfied with his service on all occasions. He is very honest and we would highly recommend his services.

Excellent experience. Mr. Tyson arrived as scheduled and repaired by stove/oven quickly. He could have charged me for parts and services I did not need, but he was very honest and only did what was necessary to fix my issue. Very nice gentleman and I will definitely use him again should the need arise.
